Wtf is going on with my body????

I turned 29 in September and it's hit me that I'm not in my rip 20's anymore and I'm getting older. Can I still say I'm young?

Seeing that i got 10 years on you, i'd say yes, you're still young. If you're in your late 30's and still saying you're young, then you're in denial. :D

So im training for 8 years now and since around a year i keep getting random aches and pains (muscle wise) everywhere.

Wether its triceps, chest, legs, back, every week or 2 i have a new pain, i train around or pause, as soon as i start again something else starts to hurt.

I had pain in my left erector for the past 3 weeks, no tear no nothing, i had my training at high reps, low weight and just going for the pump, the last three weeks.
Before that started, i had issues with my triceps. Now the back subsided, and since last weeks leg training, i have burning/stabbing pain in my left quad (upper side) without any signs of tearing it during the training session.
It got worse since friday, where i had my next leg session. I felt the stabbing pain i had all week, already during warmups, and decided to go for yet another pumping/technique session (squatted/leg press with focus on using glutes and hamstrings, and when i went for quads, i had low weight, high, slow reps)..as usual, i massaged the muscles too, and now it feels like my whole left quad is burning. When i do weightless squats or get up from sitting, i feel the sharp pain at the exact same spot i felt it all week, when i rest, i feel burning sensation around that spot, right now it ranges down to the middle of my quad.

I have no fucking idea whats going on seriously, im 25 and i have squatted 440 3 years ago, last sunday i was doing 330lbs for 3 reps man and it feels like i tore my quad right now. It even hurts when i try to get up from sitting right now.

I actuallx want to get into powerlifting again but cant because theres literally no 2 week period without something new coming up out of nowhere.
Of course theres alot resting days inbetween and also mostly im just doing easy bodybuilding stuff..so recovery is there..
Am i becoming a cripple or something? (Seriously!)

Like it or not aches pains moans and groans are or will be a part of any serious B.B. life.

And these signs and symptoms tend to worsen with the continued use of PEDs bc their use enables one to lift above their natural ability.

Scroll thru any number of threads
and in short order you’ll find mates in search of MS recovery aids ranging from OTC supplements/drugs, PEPs and in some instances Surgery.

And bc the wear and tear of B.B. will worsen with age, (I promise)
it’s best to re-evaluate one’s long term priorities, less one risk gainful employment or
perhaps even ADL in the not so distant future.

It really just hit me this year getting ready for my last meet. Woke up hurting quite a bit.
That's the funny thing about it though. I haven't gotten anything that my friends have that's associated with getting old.

Lmao! That's to funny but very true.
I fell the other day off the dock and into a customer's boat. Something that would have hospitalized anyone and I immediately jumped up back on the dock. Had the boat owner and my boss running over asking if I was okay. The next day the owner is just looking at me as I clocked in. "Still okay from that fall." I told him I was and skipped away. Lol

Think maybe having lean muscle on me kept me from getting hurt. Proven fact ya know.

Can’t believe it hasn’t been asked yet but do you even stretch? If you stretched for 30 mins post workout  what a whole 30mins that’s a waste of time isn’t it! No it’s not if all the people here that dedicate so much passion into their lifting did the same for their flexibility they would all be much healthier and those kind of aches and pains don’t come. Quit lifting for one month and join yoga 4x a week for that month then quit yoga and go back to lifting you’ll move better and be healthy to train to the full potential plus you’ll know a proper stretching routine that will help be another building block to results you’d never get without
