Anyone ever run anadrol on a cut?

Yep! Got a little bloat even with a great cutting diet , but my deficit of course was burning all the fat and my muscles felt full as ever with the drol mixed in.

So as long as you're willing to deal with the mind fuck that is a little water weight even though your shredding underneath , I say go for it. Var will always be my favorite cutting oral though.

Yeah, var or winny would be ideal here. However, I won't actually be taking oral anadrol, it'll be injectable. My two choices are dbol and drol, drol seems like it makes way more sense....
 
Yea, I would choose the drol too. It's going to keep you nice and filled out despite a good deficit. I think a lot of guys think of the aas aiding in fat loss, when really the whole idea is maintaining as much muscle mass as possible while allowing you to drop into a bigger deficit to lose the fat (For me anyway). Well, unless it's tren lol. You can always add in those "fine tuners" such as inj winny once you drop the drol and continue to sculpt from there.
 
@Mr.B66 Thank you, and it's hard for me, as I enjoy immersing myself in the community and being as transparent as I can. My back isn't covered, yet, so I can share that. However, I have an appointment booked next October to start the back :) (some of our local artists are so booked it's insane).

Well, I've dropped the injectable dbol, it really was counterproductive to my current goals. However, if you are looking for an insanely fast way to put on seemingly pretty decent muscle mass tren and dbol is potentially a good choice. For me, I'm not looking to put on any size right now.

Yesterday was chest day. Do you guys like when I write out my workouts, or no? Not sure if they mean anything or if you guys are more interested in the gear or my psychosis?

Well, in case you want to know what the lifts looked like, here you go :)-

Flat bench-
135 x 15
Body weight (235#) to failure for 10 sets (this varied a lot, got between 12 and 8 reps each set)
315 x 2 (I almost got pinned, time to walk away from the flat bench for the night)

Pec deck-
12, 10, 8, 6 and drop set 10->12

Incline DBs-
4 sets of 8 DS of 8->10

Cable crossovers-
15, 12, 10, 8 DS of 8 ->12

IDK what to call these.. Basically grab the 2 handles from the cable crossover at sternum height, press your knuckles together and press out from your sternum keeping your knuckles together (not intertwined fingers). This should be a KILLER pumper for the inner chest where so many dudes struggle to develop-
12, 10, 10, DS 10->12

Hammer strength iso press (I really hate these, for some reason. To be honest, I only did them because it makes my chest look huge while I do them, and there was a chick on the bench in front that I had never seen before... Had to impress/scope out the scene. Incase you are wondering, it must've worked as she asked me what protein to buy when she was done lifting. Old WP's still got it. Not a cheater, never have been, but it's good to know I've still got the 'FORCE')-

I did too many sets due to the aforementioned reason- 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, GS 8 ->12 ->10

Bodyweight dips-
3 sets to failure (fuck, these really hurt me for some reason yesterday)

Hammer Strength Wide Press-

My favorite chest movement for the time being- 15, 12, 10, 8 GS of 8 -> 10 -> 12

Abs-

Hanging leg raises w/ 5 lb DB- 3 sets to failure
Weighted decline situp- 3 sets of 20
Bicycles- 3 sets of 25
Flutter kicks- 3 sets of 25

About the details of your workouts -- yes! I like seeing that logged. So many guys get caught up on gear stacking like they want to find the magic potion but the bottom line is gear helps but good workouts are still what it is really all about. Without workouts, what is the point of the gear? So yeah bro, please if you have time keep adding that detail.

I see you dropped the dbol inject already. You have me interested in trying it on my next cycle (but I will have to take into consideration the potential for high aromatization which I have high sensitivity).

If you end up trying the Anadrol oil, I look forward to checking out your thoughts on that.

Okay you sexual tyrannosaurs... I've got a little update for you, and unfortunately I will have limited access to Meso for the next few days, Vegas is calling my name.

Yesterday was back day-

Fuck, the gym was so busy and I think there was some fratboy convention going on, no bueno. Too many Oakleys, Polo RL hats, boat shoes and homo erotic compliments/spotting.

On to the workout:

Started out with lat pull downs. I am trying to widen my back/grow my lats, so I have been focusing heavily on these lately. 20, 15, 12, 10, 8

Bent over rows: 12, 10, 10, DS 8->12

Hammer strength high row (AKA fratboy central last night, I waited for them to stop giggling and jerking each other off on it): 20, 12, 10 DS 10->12

T-Bar row (for some reason I am starting to dread doing these): 12, 10, 8, 6, 3

Close grip pull down (digging these lately): 15, 10, 8, 6

Rack pulls: 16, 12, 10, 10, 6, 3 (this burnt me the fuck out)

Wide grip pull up- 5 sets to failure

Seated rows: 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 DS 8->12

No abs today, they were so sore to start with.

I don't think I would've changed much about yesterday's workout. It went well, I had a nice pump all over and felt pretty strong. I do kind of miss that injectable Dbol... Breakups are so hard. But, the injectable anadrol is on it's way, maybe it'll be sexier. I also haven't used the tren base in maybe 5 or so days, I miss that too. I don't want to be dependent on it....

I went home and murdered some turkey breast, potatoes and yellow corn. Slept like a baby. All is well here.

Well, the journey continues!

Vegas fucked me up, in more ways than one. I only got 1 good training day in, which sucks because the hotel actually had a stellar gym (for a hotel). I haven't had dairy in a long time, except for the occasional yogurt, and Friday's meal was packed full of dairy. Well, Friday night/Saturday morning the toilet and I really got to know each other well. I made the same mistake sunday night, oops. Fuck, when will I learn....? So, I lost about 4 days of training... No sleep and I couldn't eat. Well, 24 hours dairy-free and I'm finally feeling good.

I've decided to give the Grey Tops a go, I'm going to do a trial run of 5iu's/day for 4 months or see on see how it feels. I cracked into my last kit of Seros on sunday to kickstart everything, just running those at 3ius.

I had an absolutely horrifying dream last night (thanks tren?). I dreamt my nipples were swollen, and I was in bed and they kept lactating. What in the fuck? It felt so real.... Glad it was a dream.

I'm going to hit chest today, still taking it a little easy... I'm at about 60% today.

It was good and bad. A lot of great food, but the sleep schedule combined with being sick really beat me up.

Yeah, I woke up in a panic after the dream... Scared me.
