Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

Yeah, I used it again yesterday, I think it takes about 45 minutes to kick in and stays active for at least a few hours.

I used 25g 5/8" pin. It's literally PIP-less after the initial pin, it honestly burns a little more than I was expecting when it enters the tissue, but no PIP to speak of after that. I pinned lateral delts once, and rear delts the other day. Both smooth.

I also like how concentrated it is, just 1/2 ML for 50mg's and that seems to be PLENTY.

Also, on a different note...

I appreciate all the support here. The cycle log is a place where I can run my thoughts and experiences. I must admit, when the whole NP shit blew up I considered taking some time off this site. I'm glad I didn't. We're all a family, of sorts, here. There's genuinely about 5 people in my daily life I can confide with about AAS and shit, nothing compares to this place. We all understand each other, in a different way.

I hope you can all achieve your personal goals and set new ones, then blast those. I look to have as many of you that wish to join me on my journey do so.

Personally, I would love to hit ~260lbs within a year. Is it attainable? Hmm, probably not without growth and slin, but that's just not really my bag. I don't compete, don't plan to. I don't want to be a slave to glucose tabs, worrying if I'm gonna take a dirt nap, etc. Maybe 18 months or so. After looking at these pics, I was disheartened. This is the softest I've been in a while. Luckily my ab muscles are actually too big that I don't look fat.... But, I underestimated the bloat I took on with high test, EQ and deca. Even with proper e2 control, it happened. Probably poor diet and shitty cardio (truly, until last week I didn't do any my whole bulk). I believed drugs and hard work at the gym would carry my to my goals. Not the case. But, I'm not obese, I genuinely believe cardio, tren and a good diet will get me to where I need to be in 9 or so weeks.... Please never hesitate to poke in, comment, post pics or start fights here.

That's why I've always been ultra careful here.... My legs and arms are ultra recognizable, so I try to play low key.

@Mr.B66 Thank you, and it's hard for me, as I enjoy immersing myself in the community and being as transparent as I can. My back isn't covered, yet, so I can share that. However, I have an appointment booked next October to start the back :) (some of our local artists are so booked it's insane).

Well, I've dropped the injectable dbol, it really was counterproductive to my current goals. However, if you are looking for an insanely fast way to put on seemingly pretty decent muscle mass tren and dbol is potentially a good choice. For me, I'm not looking to put on any size right now.

Yesterday was chest day. Do you guys like when I write out my workouts, or no? Not sure if they mean anything or if you guys are more interested in the gear or my psychosis?

Well, in case you want to know what the lifts looked like, here you go :)-

Flat bench-
135 x 15
Body weight (235#) to failure for 10 sets (this varied a lot, got between 12 and 8 reps each set)
315 x 2 (I almost got pinned, time to walk away from the flat bench for the night)

Pec deck-
12, 10, 8, 6 and drop set 10->12

Incline DBs-
4 sets of 8 DS of 8->10

Cable crossovers-
15, 12, 10, 8 DS of 8 ->12

IDK what to call these.. Basically grab the 2 handles from the cable crossover at sternum height, press your knuckles together and press out from your sternum keeping your knuckles together (not intertwined fingers). This should be a KILLER pumper for the inner chest where so many dudes struggle to develop-
12, 10, 10, DS 10->12

Hammer strength iso press (I really hate these, for some reason. To be honest, I only did them because it makes my chest look huge while I do them, and there was a chick on the bench in front that I had never seen before... Had to impress/scope out the scene. Incase you are wondering, it must've worked as she asked me what protein to buy when she was done lifting. Old WP's still got it. Not a cheater, never have been, but it's good to know I've still got the 'FORCE')-

I did too many sets due to the aforementioned reason- 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, GS 8 ->12 ->10

Bodyweight dips-
3 sets to failure (fuck, these really hurt me for some reason yesterday)

Hammer Strength Wide Press-

My favorite chest movement for the time being- 15, 12, 10, 8 GS of 8 -> 10 -> 12

Abs-

Hanging leg raises w/ 5 lb DB- 3 sets to failure
Weighted decline situp- 3 sets of 20
Bicycles- 3 sets of 25
Flutter kicks- 3 sets of 25

Your boy was OUT!
 
Looks like all is going well. I think the log is good including work out routine. Keep it going!...BEAST MODE
