Well, I've dropped the injectable dbol, it really was counterproductive to my current goals. However, if you are looking for an insanely fast way to put on seemingly pretty decent muscle mass tren and dbol is potentially a good choice. For me, I'm not looking to put on any size right now.
Yesterday was chest day. Do you guys like when I write out my workouts, or no? Not sure if they mean anything or if you guys are more interested in the gear or my psychosis?
Well, in case you want to know what the lifts looked like, here you go

Flat bench-
135 x 15
Body weight (235#) to failure for 10 sets (this varied a lot, got between 12 and 8 reps each set)
315 x 2 (I almost got pinned, time to walk away from the flat bench for the night)
Pec deck-
12, 10, 8, 6 and drop set 10->12
Incline DBs-
4 sets of 8 DS of 8->10
Cable crossovers-
15, 12, 10, 8 DS of 8 ->12
IDK what to call these.. Basically grab the 2 handles from the cable crossover at sternum height, press your knuckles together and press out from your sternum keeping your knuckles together (not intertwined fingers). This should be a KILLER pumper for the inner chest where so many dudes struggle to develop-
12, 10, 10, DS 10->12
Hammer strength iso press (I really hate these, for some reason. To be honest, I only did them because it makes my chest look huge while I do them, and there was a chick on the bench in front that I had never seen before... Had to impress/scope out the scene. Incase you are wondering, it must've worked as she asked me what protein to buy when she was done lifting. Old WP's still got it. Not a cheater, never have been, but it's good to know I've still got the 'FORCE')-

3 sets to failure (fuck, these really hurt me for some reason yesterday)

Abs-
Hanging leg raises w/ 5 lb DB- 3 sets to failure
Weighted decline situp- 3 sets of 20
Bicycles- 3 sets of 25
Flutter kicks- 3 sets of 25
