Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

I haven't had any issues going all the way in with a 25g 1inch
Okay excellent. I used 5/8" pins for my lats, as obviously there's no fat on them. Not sure how deep I need to go for VG's, so 1" it is. If I paralyze myself, I'm gonna wheel over to your place ;)
 
I use 22g 1" for everything. I won't go over 2cc for any area. I'd rather do another pin. I know some guys use a draw needle and a different one to pin with but I use the same one. I'm running several short esters at the moment so I will draw from 2 or 3 vials and pin with the same 22g needle. I obviously don't have a fear of needles.

Lat is pretty much back to normal, it definitely effected my workout yesterday. Rule of thumb for me: if PIP is effecting your workout, either drop that gear or pin elsewhere. To me, nothing is worth compromising your workout, this is the bread and butter (food, too, of course). Hanging leg raises felt like some Inquisition-esque torture process, fuck.

Today will be day 11 in a row without taking a day off, I definitely felt that yesterday. My lifts just didn't have the same power, so I went for volume.

Yesterdays lift-
Preworkout meal 1.5 hours prelift- 1 turkey sandwich w/ some Sun Chips

Preworkout of 75MG's tren base, 50MG's winstrol (1 hour prelift), 1.5 cups (measurement) of Chameleon cold brewed coffee and a banana (on the way to the gym).

Flat bench - 20, 12, 10, 10, 10, 4 (went heavy, oops) and 8
DB Flys- 3 sets of 12 and 1 drop of 12 -> 8
Incline Bench- 4 sets of 12 (felt a little weak on this for some reason?)
Pec Deck- 12, 10, 8, 6, 3 -> DS of 8
Dips (these fucking sucked yesterday)- 3 sets of only 12, I was disappointed.
Hammer Strength Incline - 3 sets of 10, 1 set DS 6 -> 8 ->12 (Pumptown)
Hammer Strength Wide Chest- 3 sets of 10 or so, followed by heavy DS of 6 -> 8 -> 10
Cable Flys- 7 sets of 12 (Copied the FST-7 model)

Hanging leg raises
Weight decline sit ups
Abdominal rope pull down
^I'm trying to increase the overall size of my abs

No huge updates on gear... I do have a few vials of injectable Dbol that're just staring at me. However, it just seems like overkill/ not a great fit with this cycle. Bummer, I really wanna try the stuff.

Haha, I cannot help but laugh as a close friend just went through something very similar. His daughter is on her way to fat camp, LOL.

Anyway, shit's going well. The only real change I've made is I cut out the cabergoline, I think it was a waste of money and really doesn't appear to do shit except make me tired and a little "meh" feeling, if that makes sense? Should've listened to DocD, fucking with dopamine = no bueno.

Appetite is slowly coming back, I think my body is adjusting to the tren and the reflux is subsiding, still popping 1 Nexium every 24 hours as a preventative thing.

I'm getting very, very sick of these tren dreams, though. Fuck, they are making me miserable in the morning and waking up in the middle of the night.

Overall, everything is good, most issues are largely out of my control unless I want to drop the tren, which isn't going to happen yet.

Today is my rest day, I need it physically, however mentally it's bothering me, for some reason.

Some advice from some vets would be nice-

I have been getting INSANE lower back pumps/cramps when I do exercises such as bent over rows, t-bar rows and oddly enough barbell shrugs. They are truly debilitating. They are reminiscent of classic Dbol lower back pumps. I bought a belt in hopes that it would help, maybe it has a little bit... Without an exaggeration, they are so debilitating that I cannot move the plates off of the bar, not out of pain, out of lack of mobility.

I was considering either taurine, a foam roller and stretching pre workout or really ANYTHING that might help. It's killing me.

Also, still getting used to brining a notepad in with me to document these lifts. Anyone else do that? It helps me add weight or reps to my previous week.

Yesterday was back day, this winny depot is making me STUPID strong.

Seated low row- warmup for 25 reps, 15, 12, 10, 8
Lat pull down- a non-stellar performance here, my lat still hurts, 12, 10, 8
T Bar rows- 20, 12,10, 10, 6
Barbell shrugs- 25, 18, 12, 8
Hammer Strength high row- 12, 10, 8, 6 -> 12
Hammer Strength low row- 14, 10, 8 ->12
Close grip pull downs - 10, 8, 8, 6 -> 12
High seated row- 15, 12, 10
Seated row w/ ropes for rear delts- 20, 15, 12, 10
Reverse position on pec deck for rear delts - 15, 12, 10, 8


Hanging leg raises was all I hit for abs, my lower back was fucking murdered.

Today I will refuel. Do you guys hit high carbs on your lift days or refuel days? I've tried both, curious what's worked.

Question- is there further info, facts or other tidbits than I can supply to make this more interesting to read? I feel like sometimes I am typing all of this for myself, as sort of a diary. That's not a negative thing, but I would love to provide what I can to the community.

Anyway, tried pinning quads again as I believe @mands suggested. Went way better when I revisited it. I believe in the past I was pinning too high and too far out (towards the side of the leg). PIP is almost non-existent, which is sexy. Pinned the other lat (yes, I said I wouldn't, but I did) with winny oil, not as bad this time. I place my hand on the way (instead of over my head) and it really helped loosen the lat up. No pain when I pinned, whereas before it was quite intense. Very little PIP the day after, which is shocking for a virgin muscle and a CC of winny depot.

Yesterday was chest, I have added about 30 LB's to my 1RM in the last 3 weeks, woah. Winny depot is some serious shit. No joint pain to mention. I look very dry in the morning, I believe it's a combo of the tren and winny together, not sure why more guys don't run this combo. I guess it's "harsh" on your body, maybe? How much more than a regular cycle, probably not a whole lot. I don't "feel" shitty at all, I'm fairly in tune with how my body feels and acts. Insomnia has been a little unpleasant, and my stupid neighbor just got a new dog they have decided to nicely lock outside all night. This roughly translates to CONSTANT barking and yelping from 9PM-12AM, resulting in a fairly angry and potentially violent Wunderpus.

I am still a huge fan of tren base, this shit is no joke. Far superior to TNE in my opinion. I pin 50MG's of winny depot and 50mg's of tren base PWO and let the party start. Tried a new product recently, Bang by VPX, it's a GREAT pre workout, highly recommended.

Food has been on point recently, a lot of "1 pot meals" (stew, chili etc). These meals are a breeze to cook, last a few days in the fridge and make reheating simple. A little lighter on the scale the past few days, hovering around 230, but looking MUCH leaner than when I started at 228.... Honestly I wasn't expecting to recomp as much as grow than cut, but I am happier with this method. High test w/ tren works wonders for me, not entirely sure why everyone responds so differently.

To recap the cycle, it currently is-

1G EG (Darius)
1.25G Test E (Darius)
700 Tren A (started with tren brewed from component, last week switched to EGO Mass)
50mg's/day Winny Depot (EGO Mass)
Tren Base (inconsistent, call it 3 days a week at 50mg's PWO) (EGO Mass)
1.5MG Adex EOD (Pharma)

Not sure HOW long I'll run winny depot, as I have little experience with it for more than a few months. @TANGO.ECHO.KILO don't you have a fair bit of experience with winny? How long have you run it?

What you chickened out on the ventro and went with quads? Just messing with ya. Glad the quads went good

Well I'm glad the quad treated you well. It took me about 2 months to build up the nerve to do it. But I was pissed once I did it for not trying earlier. Those lat injections I don't think I could even consider lol

It's impossible to do to yourself, I think. My girl pins them, I use 25G 5/8". She says it goes in really smoothly.... Worth a try if someone can pin you. I think I'm going to try pecs and traps next. I like having many options, my delts are starting to get so tight from slamming 3CC's into them.
 
Tuarine probably won't help the back pumps. It's more than likely tight glutes and hams. Foam roll them and get a lacrosse ball and hit those areas with it.

The belt won't help directly as it's not made to support your back. It's made so you can contract your abs harder and support the abs better which in turn can take some of the load off the back.

And I think that's exactly what happened! My abs are sore as fuck from the deadlifts especially. I could feel them contract ultra hard during the lift.... I must say, it felt good.
