**UPDATE**
Wow, winny depot is really becoming a game changer for me. I always tap out after a few weeks when it's in water, oil or GTFO from here on out. The strength gains and recomp'ing abilities are ridiculous, truly.
Tried pinning my lats today for the first time, as well. Honestly, I can't say it's my favorite thing ever. It actually hurts more than I anticipated to jam the pin in (think of how ticklish you are there). Curious to see what the PIP is like tomorrow, only slammed a CC in to test it out. Still on the hunt for more pinning locations, I only do glutes and delts currently. Lats will probably be saved for when I NEED them.
Yesterday was legs, I went with the German Volume approach-
Warmup on isolated machines
10x10 Squats
10x10 deads
(I was literally shaking after this)
Isolated quads at 12, 10, 8, 6, 3
Isolated hammies 12, 10, 8, 6, 3
Calves 3 sets of 30 raises and 3 sets of 25 on the leg press (calves only)
I was going to throw in the leg press for some drops, seemed like a nice idea. Well, that was quickly abandoned after the squats and deads. I added 50lb's more lbs to each exercise since the last time I did GVT (2 weeks ago). I'd say the winny is doing a nice job, adding 50lb's to my max for 10x10 is pretty considerable.
Sore as hell today, but, a good sore.
Debating taking a rest day (I've gone 6 days straight) or just blasting another lift... Might not be a terrible idea to work those lats after injecting them.
