Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

Wow that's big bud, 260.... I'm fighting like hell to hit 220. But then again naturally I'm not a big guy so for me 220 is huge. Anyways I'm shooting 4 times a week. Mon tues thurs fri post workout
You'll get there, no doubt. I gotta say, the biggest challenge for me is eating like a 260LB man, but it's the food that gets you there man. I'm 6'1", not sure on your height. But 260 will look huge on me, I think.

Lol 260 is huge on anyone haha. I'm only 5'9 though so i guess it's all relative

And yes the non stop eating is rough. But i love how it's so simple. Take this, do this, eat this and you'll accomplish your goals for the most part. Just gotta do it.

Wunder.. What size arms you have strapped to those delts?
Truthfully I don't know brother! Never measured them, probably should! My biceps are my weakest body part, so I would actually like to track my growth. I have slightly larger delts than would be average for my build, and it actually dwarfs my bi's....

You should work your bis harder to get those mofos to grow

I feel you brother, my triceps dwarf biceps.

Easier said then done, I bust my ass on biceps. Insertion points are very important to good looking bi's, or growing them so big that it can't be seen.

I am my dude, trust me, not for lack of effort. They are growing lately, still behind. Unfortunately it's just genetics in my case :/
Sorry if I came off sounding harsh brother. I know the feeling and I am having trouble getting my rear delts poppin like yours...your delts seem to be your most responsive part to grow

Without a doubt they are. Ever try the seated row machine, strap on the ropes and try and pull the handles from about your knees to behind your ears? That blasts my rear delts!

Slow hammer curls and 1 arm preacher DB curls have added a lot of size to my bi's recently. More or less following lee priests routine and it works for me.

I should try it that way as I've been doing facepulls mainly as well as bent over lateral raises.

My biceps are getting some nice peaks lately too and not much weight needed

I am curious to see how you respond versus my results. Since I'm slamming 5ius of growth a day and 250mcg's of T4, I want to see how our results vary.

Yea also very interested to see the differences in results without the gh. Thanks for logging these fellas.

Just do it. Nike was so right. Sometimes it seems like when you really perfect one area (ie diet), you start slipping on something else (i.e. Training). Or vice versa. It's so easy to start slacking on one of them. But man once you really nail the trifecta of nutrition training and supplementation, god status engaged!

***UPDATE***

Little update for you guys! I hope everyone had a nice weekend either fulfilling your sexual fantasies in odd costumes, or sacrificing at your satanic altar, or whatever. Now we basically are on cruise mode until one of my personal favorite holidays, Thankstaking.

This weekend was filled with self-experimentation with GH and insulin. Here's what it looked like, and I'll give you me feedback on the various experiences:

Thursday- 4 IU Novalog 1HR. pre-workout with 60 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs. I shot injectable Dbol 45 minutes preworkout. This was more or less following John Doe Bodybuilding's protocol, I liked it. Good pump, good energy. I could've used more slow digesting carbs (as he suggested, by the way), as I felt a bit tired until my intra-workout carbs kicked in. Overall, good pump, felt good and strong.

Friday- 5IU Novalog with same above protocol except I added 3 IU GH 30 minutes preworkout. I was a little sleepy the whole workout.

Saturday and Sunday I followed Basskiller's Mutant Slin/Gh protocol- 30 minutes pre workout I shot (3 IU Saturday bumped to 5 IU sunday) my GH. 15 miutes preworkout I shot my slin. 10 minutes preworkout I consumed a shake of my preworkout stims, 50G's carbs and 30G's of EAA's. Man, I was so lethargic and beat on sunday. Fuck taking that much GH preworkout. Nope. Never again.

I don't think GH pre workout is really for me. At first I thought it was the slin that was tiring me about, but the higher the GH went, the worse I got. I am going back to @mands suggestion of hitting all my GH before bed, I think. Either that or 2 IU AM and 3 IU before bed. I am going to buy some IGF-1LR3 to pin pre workout along with the slin, I'm hoping that shit doesn't tire me out like the GH does. Anyone know WHY GH makes you so lethargic? It's a tad bit irritating.

Either way, no more insulin until Thursday. I'm trying to limit myself. Insulin may be the most addictive PED I have used, at least right off the bat. Fuck, I can't really explain the pumps or the fullness to anyone who hasn't used it. Throw in the lost cost and the pretty much painless application, man it's tempting.
