As long as your healthy that's all that really matters. Keep that shit in check.Haha, yeah I don't go off cycle to just lose my gains or start over. I know many will frown upon that, but it is what it is!

My best friend is a doc, he monitors me frequently as he runs my TRT. He used to be a juicer back in the day so he's very knowledgeable and understanding. But, yes, of course. It's always important to stay healthy. Dropped the EQ today and won't run it again until my cut, I just felt like I was on it long enough. Sometimes you just 'know' after you've done this for a long time.As long as your healthy that's all that really matters. Keep that shit in check.
But, don't worry, old Wunderpus wants to be here for years to come! My days offending people aren't over yet!As long as your healthy that's all that really matters. Keep that shit in check.
Nobody should get offended of your cycles. That's ridiculous. Tons of people take tons more but it's interesting to see a heavier cycle log !But, don't worry, old Wunderpus wants to be here for years to come! My days offending people aren't over yet!
Haha, I've had a few people call me out either publicly or privately. Not that I care, really. But it's funny to me, as its my body. I enjoy contributing from the darker side, as most people are either ashamed to run levels like this or too afraid. The latter of the two I understand, and that's okay. But being ashamed is goofy. I still bust my ass to get where I am today, and will continue to do so. All this money, gear and time motivates me more than it allows me to become complacent.Nobody should get offended of your cycles. That's ridiculous. Cycle will look like this-
Deca @ 800mg's/week
Test E @ 1050mg's/week (which actually is about 735 of actual test)
Test P @ 350mg's/week (which is roughly 280mg's)
EQ @ 800mg's/week
Winstol Depot (a local buddy of mine gave me two vials, wouldn't normally add this) 50mg's/day
Adex .5mg's/ day
Lol that was old info!bro i can't imagine what the experience of a cycle this big would be like
Sry for jumping in @Wunderpus, curious how long you ran the Eq?My best friend is a doc, he monitors me frequently as he runs my TRT. 20 weeks. I bet you're curious, saw your post earlier. I don't get much out of it after that, unless I bump it up. No reason to bump a long ester like that at this time. Makes more sense to let it cool off for a while then hit it again.Sry for jumping in @Wunderpus, curious how long you ran the Eq?
Haha, I can't ever, EVER!, think of a time I have recommended anything like this. I suppose in a way it's glorified, based on my positive reactions and responses, but that's the nature of an honest log. It should incorporate the good, the bad and the ugly. Luckily, this has been mostly good.Haha man I have dwarfed your cycles, I just don't log. Okay dwarfed was a stretch, but exceeded doses- but no gh or slin yet [emoji31] That's why I like to hang out in here . I feel at home [emoji6] as long as we aren't condoning it to others and just stating experience then I see no issue.
Cardio 3x week, standard 20-30 minutes on the stairmaster or incline treadmill, nothing crazy here.
Cut it to 2X a week right nowAre you still doing this??
Cut it to 2X a week right now
Maybe a month or so... I figure I don't want to burn TOO much during my bulk. I can add or subtract as needed, but 2x has been fine for me. If you lift for 90 minutes or so, intensely, 5 days a week I think cardio 2x is more than enough.Lol you're quick to reply!! Thanks!!
About when did ya cut in down??

Yeah I love it! I used to do a crossfit-style routine with it. Something like 1500M then 4 laps around the track (1/2 mile total) another 1500M on the row, etc. etc. They have a few at my new gym, but I am really partial towards the stairmaster lately.I've been on an elliptical (30min) followed by a rowing machine (13-14min) kick for the last 5 weeks or so...5 on 1 off. I'm on that "Permanent Cut." Lol
Ya ever used a rowing machine for cardio??
About time you popped in here! I was almost offended you didn't come by!Damn that's a lot of gear lol
