Yeah I love it! I used to do a crossfit-style routine with it. Something like 1500M then 4 laps around the track (1/2 mile total) another 1500M on the row, etc. etc. They have a few at my new gym, but I am really partial towards the stairmaster lately.
The gym I go to doesn't have a stairmaster, crazy I know, they have a Jacob's Ladder its not the same. Your feet slip once you start sweating.
