Wunderpus' get bigger cycle

How much weight u up CAswole?
As of this morning up 11lbs with a few weeks left. 216 this morning. I know I'll hit my goal of 220. Very little fat increase as well. I don't want to hijack wunders thread though.

Good shit. 220 is back on my radar but this time witch much less body fat. Slow continuous progress is a beautiful thing.

This is someone's thread/log? I thought it was just a place where we come to bullshit. I was wondering why WP was posting so damn much in here, I just figured he was needy.

Just as if you put bricks in your shoes lol. I sometimes end up wheezing it out on the stairmaster, especially after getting gassed out training.
Dude, this insane fitness chick was right next to me, it was so embarrassing.... Here's big old wunderpus dying on level 6 on the stair master while little sporty spice is on like level 100 kicking my ass. Fuck.

Her hamstrings were awesome if that counts for anything.

I've seen many of those hot little numbers myself when I am on the stairmaster going 30 minutes at level 5 and that only got me going even more!
 
I hate traditional skull crushers too. Things I've replaced them that I like much better are:

-JM Press
-Cable Skull crusher

-EZ bar or barbell skull crusher, but lower the bar much further back than usual behind your head, and let your tris stretch all the way back. That way your elbow isn't locked in place and is actually moving back about 45 degrees. Hopefully that made sense , I couldn't find a good video but someone posted it on here before.

3rd option sounds good, I'll try it. They hurt my elbows at anything above 90lbs.



 
I've never really had an issue with skull crushers until I go too heavy. Have you guys every tried doing The dumbbell variation? It's a lot less strain in the elbow especially using heavier weights
 
yeah.. mine 2! I just can't do it... or I can do it but then I'll cry in pain for the next few days and it's not worth it cuz I plan to do this for long :)
 
You made it up to 10 units for ur insulin yet brother?
Nope! 7 has been the max, no hypo feelings or anything to note from that. I will try 10 this weekend probably for legs.

I have noticed that the higher I go, the more energy I have in the gym. Placebo or not, I'm not sure.

Feeling good, this GH is starting to kick in, hands are a little numb.

Yesterday was back day, no insulin, just dbol. I really miss using insulin.

Here's the workout-

Pull downs- 5 x 8-10
Bent over rows- 5 x 8-10
T bar row- 3 sets wide grip, 3 sets narrow 8-10 reps for each
Smith machine deadlifts (trying to strengthen my lumbar, having lower back issues)- 5 x 10
Behind the neck pull downs- 5 x 10-12
V handle pull downs- 5 x 8-10
Seated cable rows- 3 x 8 1 drop set of 10 to 8
Standing shrugs- 5 x 12
Seated shrugs- 3 x 10

Surprisingly I felt pretty good even though I was hungry and tired walking in. I'll call it a success.

Oh, and I have some goodies on the way for my cut! Just ordered a 100 dose box of Component T-H pellets, let the games begin.
