This weekend was full of great lifts, so it's time to take a break today and hit a little cardio, calves and abs.
Trained legs on Saturday, it was relatively uneventful as my back is killing me. Stuck to a lot of machines, nothing exciting to report. Arm workouts are really improving, I am loving this Lee Priest model, I have noticeably larger arms already. In case you are interested, here is what I did:
Concentration Curls - 5 x 6-8
Close Grip Bench- 7 x 6-8
Barbell curls- 7 x 6-8
DB extensions- 5 x 6-8
DB curls- 5 x 6-8
Skull crushers- 5 x 6-8 (does anyone else literally HATE this lift?)
Preacher curls- 5 x 6-8 supersetted with seated underhand pull downs, high weight, to failure (there were idiots on all the pull bars, normally I'd do pullups to failure).
V cable press- 5 x 6-8 SS with close dips to failure (still beyond difficult for me)
1 arm DB preachers - 5 x 6-8
DB hammer curls- 5 x 6-8
Barbell wrist curls - 3 x 25+
Reverse curls - 5 x (varied, changed up the weights, to failure each time)
That was insane, seriously. I am not sure I could've had a better workout, which says a lot. I have never pushed my arms this far and they feel great. I pinned 50mg's Dbol and 7 iu's Novolog pre workout. Time to take the next 4 days off of slin, bummer.
I am convinced insulin is by far the most addictive PED, by the way. If you're like me and tend to become emotionally and physically attached to PED's that offer serious results for cheap, stay away from slin. Only the fear of diabetes, death and obesity allows me to abstain from using it more than 3 or 4 days a week. So far I have done a good job at not using it on my "off" days. I do have an irrational fear that my workout without it just won't stack up, it reminds me a lot of PCTing or coming off orals, but this is 4 days a week you feel like that...

I am on TRT my man, so not worried about PCT-ing.But i would ask one thingbro and please run hcg throught your cycle cycle. Ill post a study that really shows how mich it improves pct and decreases you chances alot of produce less test when you come off cycle.... About 6 or 7 cycle i never noticed mich off a diff of being on test other then being really horny. Now the test makes me feel normal like i did yeara ago before i started... Full of energy, require less sleep, no anxiety, no mood changed, etc... I have the article saved in my phone so ill post it on your profile its to big i dont want to hog alot of space in your log lol

Oh poor baby only 250lbs?... lol cheer up dude ur fuckin huge! Nice work big guy ur gainz are very impressive. I would be concerned about u hitting chest 2xs a Week though. I'd hate to see you risk an actual injury like a pec tear or something that could potentially really sideline u..... may want to get that checked out or do light chest till you feel better. Sorry for the overall lack of updates recently, I don't have a ton to report, and don't wish to bore you guys.
Anyway, 247lbs yesterday, so that's cool! Stopped Dbol two days ago, already missing it. I hope the deca really starts to kick in, theoretically it should by this weekend. I really can't notice any fat gain at all, and my scale actually says it's reducing (I imagine it's largely being diluted by the muscle gain, and the GH might be burning a bit). However, fat loss wasn't the primary goal here, but it's welcomed I suppose.
I have been a bit frustrated with chest the past few weeks. I hurt my left pec benching a few weeks ago, and my bench strength has plummeted, seriously. I struggled to do 6 sets of 8 reps on 225 yesterday. I haven't been that weak in years, I really don't know how to fix it. Also, chest growth has been lagging a bit. I think it's time to hit chest 2x a week, one heavy day and one volume day (probably throw the insulin in for the volume day). Wish me luck, as my chest and shoulders have always been my defining features!
Food has been a little *meh* lately as well. I am really just not in love with the force feeding this go around. I think it's time to find some new recipes... I never thought I'd be tired of New York strips and flank steak everyday... Still hitting about 500G's of protein and just shy of 5K calories a day. I few people said that's way too high, but I haven't put on an ounce of fat. I think your caloric needs go up significantly with GH and high test.
Cardio 2x a week has been fucked too. I can't tell you how much harder it is to drag your ass on the stairmaster at ~245lbs compared to when I was 225. These little Sporty Spice chicks rocket up those things on level 9 million, I'm dying at 6 or 7....
Sorry for the drab update, not much to report except a few bummers! Life is good otherwise, work and relationships are as good as ever. It's not all trouble in paradise, but this is a nice outlet to vent for those who get it!
