Yesterday was a rest day. I SERIOUSLY needed it, legs on sunday MURDERED me, and I've been fairly sick with some sort of cold or allergies. So, I rested up and refueled. Feeling pretty solid today, so I think it will be chest day today. For the first time in a long time, my chest was sore for 6 days after my most recent chest workout, not sure why, or if that's good or bad (any insight on soreness -> hypertrophy would be appreciated @Docd187123 I'm sure you'll have some info!)
After not being sore for a few days, my chest looks very, very full and I think it's time to hit it again. Please throw in some of your favorite workouts/suggestions!
Gear update- still feeling happy with the gear, smooth and PIP free. I love the pinning schedule of long esters. I feel very strong, hungry and aggressive lately. Libido is at 110%.
This is sort of a lame/uninspired update. They're much better when I'm amped up about my previous workout. So, to help ease your boredom, I have provided visual aid.

Ladies and gentlemen-
Unfortunately I don't have a whole lot to report. Deca and EQ is so boring compared to a tren cycle. I get bigger, sure, but nothing is like the constant changes you see every morning from tren.
Tren and I have a weird relationship. A few weeks on it, I am looking forward to being off. A few weeks off, I think about how I could fit tren into my current cycle. Unfortunately, it has no place in a mass building cycle for me, as it kills my appetite. Also, I think my mg's/week are about as high as I'd like to go (1G test, 1G EQ & 1G Deca)
But, I may remove the deca sooner than planned, as I have 20ml's of sexy tren E that is just begging for me to use.
How long do you guys normally run your deca? 16 weeks? 20 weeks? @Big_paul @brutus79 @Docd187123

I definitely changed it a bit, the issue is, I change it frequently. I rarely do the exact carbon copy of the previous workout...Soreness/DOMS doesn't necessarily mean growth. It does mean that you were not adapted to whatever you did. Think of it like a new stressor. Eccentrics are what normally cause DOMS so my question is, did you do the same exact workout with the same exercise selection? Did you use more weight? Did you slow your tempo up?
