2 days late on a delivery and coding a bullshit reason on the tracker why they are late in the first place. Then my mail doesn't get delivered until 8 every night and a second delivery after that?

I was happy to be done with the floater business last night. It was getting really old. I was happy for the most part on pic quality, seeing how it was my phone cam.

PEP I am glad something positive came out of this, with the new stoppers. I am always for better quality control.
Your great customer service you gave me saved you on this floater business. You treated me good on all of my orders. If you didn't, i would have went into bash mode on multiple forums.
I must give you credit PEP. I know there is very few sources that would do what you have done to correct the situation.
