All the people that gave the thumbs up for pep and the way pep conducts himself after this med to short amount of time and the vets not keeping on the pressure is a sign.
Take it or leave it but we will know more in the days and weeks to come.
I have verity here. I myself will order from all 3, 1 at a time tho. And only if they/we stay Up to date on reviews and have time and attention on the boards. We are watching :drooling:

I trust and respect a number of the members who are giving pep a thumbs up at the moment. I believe they are giving honest reviews of the current quality of the gear. My concern is with what's going on behind the scenes

I think if anything went really wrong the high level of trust alot of us have would be shaken to the core. From what I read and have read I am confident the main players have the site and the members best interest at hand.
I would like to know whats being said but in this we must trust because anything said in the open can leave bread crumbs for unwanted attentions.

Their have been a few vets that have said pep is trustworthy but still you know haha. I will find out soon though

That's a good question man and I don't know the answer. It does feel as if something is being withheld.
The chain of events:
Kane posts pictures of anonymous gear. Naturally everyone asks questions and BB points out its probably Gotpep because he liked Kanes comment.
The next day GotPep arrives as a new source. Supposedly he was backed by Kane and a lot of Private messaging was going on between the vets and Kane. That information was never revealed.
He was given shit for maybe a day before, behind the scenes, thing were cleared up. At this point the vets dipped out.
PEP offered gear to 10 people, gained his foothold and has become quite popular extremely fast.
Just a few days ago Kane offered to send PEPs gear out for testing just to prove to people that PEP is legit. Who does this? What exactly does he have to gain by doing this? It is not something that is considered a cheap process.
This is all I have. It all just doesn't sit well with me. When I speak of the vets in this post I believe the main two where ChaseQ and BB69. I would really like to know what was exchanged in those PMs between Kane and BB.
What source has gone from Zero to Hero this fast besides Herc?

Well that's why I ran a 2 weeker to start, ordered conservatively and am getting lab tests. It's not that I don't see your point - we'd be dumb to not have a disposition of skepticism towards this kind of thing.
I'm just wondering if you have thoughts that worst case scenario would be worse than getting scammed? I haven't been around long enough to know what all the possibilities could be.

Needed some new gear and Astro would be my go-to guy but he hasn't answered my PM. Not his fault, this is as last minute as can be...so I decided to give PEP a shot.

This guy and Herc ship from different parts of the country. The payment methods are different as well. At this point we will wait and see if he's legit. Things seem to be going well at this point. PEP is not Herc from what I've seen. I'm new though, what do I know?

I'm not at all saying him an herc are the same guy. I didn't really buy into that conspiracy theory lol. I'm simply saying the way he showed up, got popular, nice to everybody, got lots of praise super fast reminds me of what went on with herc before shit went downhill. I'm not gonna sit here and say pep is shit cause I don't know. Just making a observation.

You're not alone bro! I have also expressed my skepticism about Pep, and particularly his quick and virtually painless ascension to a trusted source here on Meso. There's the old saying: Believe none of what you hear, and half of what you see. Well, you can't "see" anything over the net... So that really leaves it up to us as members, and more importantly consumers, to do our due diligence on these guys. And when your fairly new. Right, wrong or indifferent; we rely on the more seasoned vets & senior members to lead the way on vetting these sources. From day one, something was off. I too find the lack of vet scrutiny glaring. And I posted as much in one of the 5 or 6 threads about this dude. Which is a whole other topic.(why so many threads?)
Ultimately, it's up to each one of us to make up our own minds about who we feel comfortable ordering from. We all know this. We also know that in this game, there are no guarantees. And the way it looks... we ALL get beat at one time or another. I, as I assume most here, are willing to take that risk and understand that eventually the hammer will drop, and we'll lose a bit of cash. I'm not OK with that, and I wish there were more we could do? But, it's the game we're in.

It seems as though there are plenty of legit UGLs right now. I think you're right, now is the time to stock up. I've seen this before. The market will correct itself. The number of good sources will decrease and prices will increase. It usually begins with a large bust. Everyone just be careful about what info you are putting out there.
