In PEPS defense , I'm a big e-Bayer and ship all over the world , used motorcycle parts mainly , and I would say in about 1 in every 20 shipments theres some kind of USPS/UPS fk-up , lost or broken , happens every time , always around every 20 shipments or less . And UPS is even worse then USPS in shipping damage , they must play fking football with our packages during lunch breaks ..... anyhow I"m one of the ones that puts my real name and real address on the return route , too many friends use fake names/addresses and pay for it later on with lost packages . OGH

I don't understand people when they try to bash a source that had been on the money with customer service, for a mix up could have been handled so easily of the board . What other source that's legit will put up with your bs about TA being a few days off due to an addy problem?
Unless you have an agenda or never dealt with buying from a n open source .

Unfortunately for him there's nothing to check out. I supplied a tracker prior to this current issue when requested. It confirms the order shipped when I said it did. You guys have seen the way I handle things... I will always do whats necessary to make things right, regardless of profit, even at times when the issue was due to no fault of mine like NOW. Even now I feel bad if I don't make things right, but I just don't think he deserves that from me right now.

Good for you PEP. The vengeful thing to do would be to not ship his stuff. Even though I think you are justified in not shipping it to him it shows you have integrity to still do so.

My frustration is you say you know what you're doing, and I'm not saying you're don't, but what I will say is you have the package being returned back to you. and they say you should get it Friday! and you didn't put my address on it correct and it only could go as far as Greenville,SC. That's my frustration....and you said that you had everything in check and I even put it correct on your site... So, you should have it back in your hands Friday.,,,not mad, but if you're overwhelmed with orders then let me know instead of having me looking for something that is simply not filled in correctly..that's all.... and I'm not the one typing in all caps, its you.
