Hey guys, in light of some of the posts and PM's I receive I'd like to point out and remind everyone of a couple things. We try to get everyone their order ASAP but every once in a while there is a delay and packs take a few extra days to get to them. The moral of the story of this is to be patient. I feel that it is a little silly that we get PM's after TWO days.
When an order does get messed up we typically reship or, if there was a delay in shipping, we add extra to the order so that you, the customer, are satisfied. We'd appreciate it if you would think about how liberal our reshipping policy is and what it is like to deal with other source's reshipping. We do reship but how easy would it be for us not or only credit partial for a reship? We don't do any of this but keep in mind how many other sources do.
Lastly, once a pack gets to the hands of the post office, it is out of our control. I have no idea why the post office does the silly and senseless things that they do and I get just as exasperated as all of you do.
We strive to take care of all of you and will continue to do so. Just please have a little patience. Thank you.
