I tried to be nice and give pep a chance to post the pics of his labs and show us that his gear really is better than top pharma as he posted before:
but:
So pep refuses to fix his sterility issues and practically said for us to fuck ourselves because he isn't going anywhere and will continue to produce gear in un-sterile work conditions. Just warning the new guys to think twice about buying gear from this guy. Like it was said before, this is a buyers market, and if we want clean gear that won't kill us, we demand it, and it should be done. But we got our own fellow meso brothers defending this jerk. Pretty soon one of them is going to up in the ER from his gear.
Look you keep harping on his comment about better than pharma. Last time, just as the time, I posted a Phizer internal PDF for finding corrective action about PHIZER'S FLOATER PROBLEM. Like, Phizer was failing both internal and 3rd party audits for visible particulate contamination in their injectable medication preparations to the tune of 6% of their inspected vials.
PEP said that last time he ran the numbers, he was beating pharma grade for reports of contamination %. That's it dude. He compared his number of issues to the number of issues a top pharmacy was recently having.
I completely agree that any vials with visible contamination SHOULD NEVER go out the door, but to think it's never going to happen? Well, that's just silly. The air is full of shit, and even in a clean room environment with what I'm assuming is a pretty bad ass laminar hood setup, Phizer had a significant issue. And their corrective action wasn't even to try and stop the contamination! It was to inspect their sealed vials better!
I'm not on PEPs dick, or the dick of ANY UGL here, but I'm curious as to what other people are expecting from a guy who is making illegal preparations in the kitchen of a rented house that a top national lab can't do? I know everyone wants clean shit, but you have to protect yourself with ANYONE.
Telling a source to GTFO is all well and good, but do you honestly think someone else isn't going to take his place? The demand hasn't vanished, just one guy filling it has. So we can kick PEP out instead of holding his feet to the fire and making him fix his shit, or we can let in someone else that has to be proven all over again who really is mixing in a toilet, but has a better inspection process.
"The best-known case of baby food tampering, however, is probably the Gerber glass scare of 1986. The Food and Drug Administration received about 140 reports of glass in Gerber baby food and, upon investigation, confirmed 21 cases of tampering, although they were likely the work of isolated individuals. The case is remarkable because it has become a case study for how not to handle a PR crisis. Rather than issue a recall of its products, as its competitor Beech-Nut had done only a week earlier when faced with a similar situation, Gerber seemed flippant and allowed its baby food to remain on store shelves. When Maryland banned Gerber peaches in response to the scare, Gerber sued the state, a move that made the company seem uncaring. Although Gerber has survived the damage to its reputation, and not issuing a recall may have been the financially prudent move, many still consider its response to the crisis unethical and a PR disaster." -Listverse
Why not use this as an opportunity to see what PEP has equipment wise, and find out a little more about how he's doing things, and what the problem could be, instead of just creating the same problem with someone else down the road, or having him come back reorganized with a different name in 6 months. Labels are cheap folks.
And before I get all the dick rider comments, I'd be saying this shit about any of the labs here or anywhere. Not because I like them, or have any stake in their success, but because I'm smart enough to realize that the devil you know is much better than the devil you don't.
