Yet Another DNP Diary

Ok I am going to give it a whirl I have been sitting on some for a few months reading and studying about it and decided it is go time.

I got really drunk this weekend and had did a few recs so I am detoxing today and yesterday by drinking alot of water and loading up on antioxidants.

Tomorrow morning I am gonna start my first 200mg with an ECA stack, I decided with all the stuff I have to do on a daily basis the eca is going to be required to keep me energized.

IF anybody has any suggestions I'm open cause Day One begins tomrrow, will keep everyone posted.
 
Looking forward to your posts. I have some on the way myself and will be starting a diary the day it arrives.

How long you plan on going and what dose are you going to max out on?

I currently weight 225 so I am going to go 200mg the first 4 days and see how my body reacts to it, then I will bump to 400 for 3 more days. Depending on how those days go I may bump it to 600 for days 8-10

but I am only going to do a 10 day run for my first time

Stock up on tp, you'll need it :p .

Also, make sure you are taking in well over 1 gallon of water a day, and eat fruit. Fruit will help with your energy levels as will your eca stack. And of course read the sticky at the top. Keep us posted, and be safe. Peace.
 
are anti-anxieties like xanax bad on DNP, I am prescribed to them so is not like I am taking them for rec purpouses, also what about marijuana ?

Due to the kinetics of DNP I would say that Xanax or other ani-anx meds would have no effect. DNP isn't a stimulant so you shouldn't have a prob.

Here is a list I made

I made this list and printed it out for myself before I go to the Walmart tonight to get all the stuff I need to get started, this is gona be my "DNP Bible" for the next few weeks

Suggested Foods:
any fruits espcially apples they are high in fiber
Blueberry Yogurt
Pinapple
V8
Oatmeal or any other high fiber foods (alot of cereals are an excellent source of fiber)
Oregeno based foods

Suggested Supplements:

For sleep:
Valerian Root
Meletonin

For energy:
ECA stack or ephedra

Necessarry:
Drink atleast 1 gallon of water a day
Magnesium (1500mg)*
Vitamin C (3000mg in divided doses)*
Vitamin E (1200 IU in divided doses)*
Calcium (2000mg not taken with the Magnesium)
Alpha-Lipoic Acid (500-1000mg daily in divided doses)
MultiVitamin
ZMA
combination of Acetyl-L-carnitine (Alcar) and Lipoic Acid- (Mitochondria targeting antioxidants)
glycerol


DO NOT USE:
Allery meds (unless experience side affects requiring)
antidepressants
muscle relaxers
beta blockers
DRUGS!!! Extacy-GHB-Pain Meds-etc etc etc...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alcohol (none, zip, zero, zilch!!)

Excercise:
Keep Cardio to a minimum and lifting short (30-40 minutes)
consume atleast 1 liter eery 30 minutes of excercise
Always follow DNP Excercise with antioxidants, carbs and this is a good time to tak your multivitamin

Some Facts:
Do not take DNP on an empty stomach
Keep fat intake to a minimum
DNP upgrades the effects of clen, if you have used it before and it stopped working DNP can help bring back its glory
It has been suggested to take clen and DNP a week apart due to the affects they have on T3
DNP causes histamine releases and can cause a rash which is why you want to take Benadryl or Quercetin
Cranberry and Coffee also stop release the histamines

and yes I borrowed that from alot of diffeent people so sorry guys I couldn't credit all of you there were so many but great info and it fit son one page so I can keep it with me as a reminder

you should add, no alcohol to that list.
 
Day 1

Day 1 its been about 5 hours since I took my first 200mg

no sides really at this point other than the low amount of energy, I took 2 eca stack and I am still dragging ass, I don't recomend taking a whole lot of the eca so far because it has kind of upset my stomach.

been taking vitamins and anti-oxidants throughout the day, haven't really had the sweats yet but have noticed some heat flashes.

I will let everyone know as it progresses
 
Some comments on the protocol listed above by mr_meanor.

1. MAGNESIUM: 1500mg magnesium per day can have a laxative effect. Not the best thing when trying to stay hydrated. I take 500mg/day. Some people are fine with 1500mg/day, but 500mg works better for me.

2. ANTIHISTAMINE ban: I often take an antihistamine (generic benadryl) at night for help sleeping while on DNP.

3. ANTI-DEPRESSANTS: I've taken anti-depressants while on DNP without any problem and I don't understand why this would be an issue.

4. BETA-BLOCKERS: I've taken beta-blockers while on DNP without any problem and I don't understand why this would be an issue.

honstly on the beta blockers and anti depressants its just research I dug up, and I will take some anthistimines if the need arises but its just the start of day 2 and I have not needed any at this point. on the Magnesium I am eating so much fiber I don't think (or atleast hope) the laxitive effect will be an issue

no scientific data really just stuff I have been reading over the last few months from various places I just kinda dug up everyones top advice and threw it all togethor on a list

Can't say that I have any scientific evidence on these issues I mentioned, just my personal experience.
