Once your kid pokes his finger in the arm of 220 lb hells angel biker flying his colors in a grocery store line and goes “that’s stupid huh dad” (referring to the nude chick tattooed there)

….and you realize much to your shock your response was “yep” ….. insecurities kind of vanish…. (Consequently he laughed his ass off and we chatted for next 15 min)

Oh … same kid that has tried to win the Darwin Award any number of times trying to ride bulls in the field, swimming at 2 without his floaters, having bottle rocket fights, fighting 4 boys at same time, jumping off cliffs in to water at 10 and generally making me groan as he does all the crap I did….

Gonna hit every branch on the way down and claim it was his plan….

My left side of my upper body is smaller than my right, I have a metal rod in my spine from scoliosis and my spine stil curves which makes my left lat look significantly smaller than my right, and right arm smaller than left. Drives me nuts but I overthink it everyday.

Have scoliosis too. I have to work my right to stay symmetrical. At least I’m not in a wheelchair like my buddy who power lifts. All American hit by IED.

I’m very guilty of this. I feel my triceps the best on push downs. I do incorporate overhead cable and ezbar work (I’ll try single hand!!) but I don’t “feel” it. I know the tricep has to be working but it’s a totally different feel for push downs vs anything else

I started doing dumbbell and cable overhead tricep extensions and mine started popping.

My upper trap insertions are stupid. They peak kinda behind me and don't look that large from the front. Pecs also have weird insertions making them kinda triangular rather than squarish and won't grow very well at all.

On the plus side, my lats grow if I breathe on them and my quads are similar.

I also have a boat load of loose skin from being a fatass, figure I need surgery to get that sorted.

Don't. Carry it like a badge of honor, that you fought and came out a fucking legend on the other side.

And a reminder of where you came from and never go back.

I see people with loose skin from loosing much weight and I see a person that had the willpower to fight to better themselves. I see winners, not ugliness.
 
Clearly 3 things :

- Hair : I loose my hair, it’s thin and hard to get a nice haircut. Always been awful, going to surgery soon.

- short : 1m73, feel way to small, but fuck it can’t help with that.

- Strech marks : I got stretch marks since 1 year and it’s awful… on the abdomen, lower back, arms and on the upper thighs.. nightmare really
 
I don't really have many physique insecurities. When I look in the mirror or see myself in a picture, I suppose the only things that give me a little bit of insecurity are my traps, biceps, triceps, forearms, lats, chest, abs, obliques, spinal erectors, quads, glutes, hip adductors, hamstrings, calves, facial features, jaw structure, skin complexion, height, limb proportions, penis size, hand size, and fingernails/toenails. Fucking love my tibialis anterior, though; got a great set of shins.

Overall, I'm a pretty secure guy.

Not really a insecurity but I have something similar. I thought I was getting scoliosis, but it hasent got that far. I think it’s called Sherman’s disease? Wedged shape vertebrae that can turn to scoliosis? Sorry I’m not a dr. lol. They said it was from football injuries because I Dident have it at a young age, not untill later after sports and injuries. “Just keep that back strong lower mid and especially upper, is what I’ve been told.

I know people who have had those rods put in for the scoliosis, do u have the zipper scar down ur spine?

Weird I have a friend a marine hit by ied, he Lost like 50% of his hearing and 50% control of his bladder “urinary” control, he won’t wear pads or diapers so he told me he puts his c0ck in a sock like wrestlers lol
 
Arms. Fuckers won’t grow. In a shirt I just look like fat American with a baked bean torso and little arms.

I’d do anything for biggers arms. Haven’t added even a half inch since I began training and I’ve probably added 40+ pounds of muscle.

If anybody over came the worst arm genetics in the world please let me know how.
I found training my arms everyday helped a lot. 3-4 sets for biceps and triceps every training day, regardless if they are sore or not
 
I’ve tried something similar and just end up with tendinitis fairly bad and beat up elbows
That’s from the tris not bis imo, Mabe if u just did rope pull downs for tris nothing else besides ur pressing movements.

I have carpenters elbow like a mofo and i quit all tri exercises minus cable tri extensions.

I think tris get way more stimulation on pressing movements that I feel bi’s on back movements. That’s me personally I know everyone has different bio mechanics.

that equals less tri work and more bi work. Who has bis more sore than tris?
