Zero appetite

I recently started my bulk cycle. 4 days in and I have zero appetite. Why? I used to be able to eat everything.

Current cycle:

500mg/week of Test C
450mg/week of NPP
50mg/day Clomid (prescription)
5.77iu/day of HGH
100mg/day of T4 (prescription)

I’m eating two meals a day, if that. At one point I was lifting fasted, and just had no energy.

I am just not hungry at all… I didn’t even touch my dinner. Anyone have insight into why based on my above compound list?

Since you have a couple things that are prescription, have you brought this up with your doc? They may have insight. If you're with an hrt clinic they'll take into account what you're on.

What are your liver values?

Current diet?
Wake up, sandwich. Mayo, meats, cheese, homemade bread. Glass of milk with fiber to prevent roid constipation.

Lunch… same. Right now there’s no variation, but everything else looks disgusting.

Dinner: whatever the wife cooks. Usually very very healthy and has plenty of meat. Wait 3-4 hours after eating, then take HGH.

Previously I’d be desperate to eat 4x as much… I’m afraid to eat carbs while taking HGH so I’ve completely cut bullshit out of my diet to avoid diabetes… maybe this is it? It’s at least a contributing factor.

That diet is not ideal and that’s putting it nicely.

No need to be afraid to eat carbs while using HGH.

Your diet needs structure and macros you’re trying to hit on a daily basis. I peronsally like spacing my macros over 6 meals but 4 would suffice. Keep things basic and limit variables that could cause GI distress. See my diet in my log for a basic example.

Right now I am just horribly bloated. I feel like I can’t even eat until the bloating subsides. May think about trying gas x.

I’ll check your diet log, thanks.

I was about to say the same thing about the diet...

@TheIncredibleBulk Check out OGH thread about meals you're eating. Don't want to link it and push it down on people too much.

You might find some ideas on how to make meals taste good and hit your cals and macros. Just saying.

Can you link it anyway, please?
Sure man, here it is.

Haven’t checked liver values, I’m only 4 days in, and that’s when this started. However, I’ll check those and ask my doctor.

Btw these sandwiches are like 4” thick. Lots of meat. Sometimes steaks in between.

Listen to this man. You need to tackle diet in a big way

On that note try mixing in a blender....

1 cup quick oats
50g protein from whey
40g peanut butter
1 banana or a cup of Blueberries

Easy meal replacement so to speak
