Muscle Factory MFL Transformation Challenge Contest!!! Jackpot $500!!!!

I'm gonna try man, this'll be my first cut..I'm going over everything I can find to hopefully get it right.
I've had good success in leaning out with peptides. I'd personally steer clear of clen, the sides are awful. Albuterol seems to be the Beta 2 agonist of choice. T3 will also give a bit of a boost but I personally didn't notice much from it.

Welcome back PI (sort of lol) looks like alot of cut transformations are in the house . I just weighed myself and I just put on 3+ lbs from yesterday . It gets harder every year ! Losing weight was so easy in my 20's/30's even my 40"s. I'm goin for a run ! :D

I guess I've become carb intolerent , had fried rice yesterday (which I love) my last glucose test I was 117 fasting . Yes I'm pre-diabetes offically . Picked up some cinnamon capsules , thats the new buzz in the diabetes world I heard .
even though my doc says Im not a diabetic yet Im gonna treat myself as such . :(

Lol. Yeah im in my 30's its harder and harder. This year was the last year for me to bulk. My body just can't do it any more. What took me a month or so now takes 3 months to get back down to 174. After this I will stay at that weight no more up and down im getting old bro lol

The problem with cutting at a older age is that you also cut valuable bone density at the same time . Thats harder to replace than muscle . It also sets you up for fractures . My doc said no extreme cutting at your age , your not a young guy anymore !

Hes right but hes the same age as I am and I think hes a little envious of my appearance , he's way overweight. I wont lay down and die until its time to lay down and die , and then I'm still gonna be fightin back ! [}:)]

Yeah I decided to join tried running one but its like trying to throw a party when there's another party with all the cool kids lol. This is were its at.

Yeah the other 2 just didn't want to really get on board! But there loss! Shit I think even a couple guys running other labs if chosen to be one of the three will be switching to mfl gear!! [:o)] Its going to fun to watch!

My wife said "why did you tell all the guys you were in your 50"s ? If you would have kept your mouth shut they would have guessed you were in your 40"s even your 30"s ".

I said hun because theres alot of guys that need some inspiration , theres guys in their 50"s & 60"s even late 30"s and 40"s that think its over , that theres no reason to keep pumping iron like I do and its time to give up , sell the weights on Craigslist and get a RV or a rocking chair .

Hell NO . It aint over until you say its over . Plus I have unsettled business with the weights , I didnt finish what I started in my 20"s . I gave up . Became a drunk and a drug addict . This is my last chance , my last dance .I keep getting stronger every year and I see no reason to slow down if I keep breaking PR"s. Right ?? ~OGH

Right there with OGH it's a shame not to have seen what my 20 year old body could of done! It's funny I looked up a few friends from back then to see what had happen with them and saw one came out of retirement to do a last show for some special reasons and the fucker won the whole thing and it was one of the bigger npc shows to!! :)

Keep it going oh. I wanna be like jack dude was muscular till he passed.

Your talkin Jack LaLanne ? He's one of my inspirations because he never gave up , even at 95.
Stallone too , at 67 the guy just wont give up ! I guess I need some HGH too (still never tried it)
Arnolds tryin to come back , but its hard ,even when you have near perfect genes .
Its funny , even though my body & muscles are atrophying some , my strength is up (I would have humiliated my former 25 year old self !) :D

Oh man i'm in exactly the same boat; my 20s were a nightmare! I was so stupid. Looking back, I should of started AAS in my mid 20s and stayed away from the alcohol/drugs but live and learn!
