Here's my diet breakdown

I'll give you a lay out of my meals.
Meal 1 two cups raw oats one cup water one cup almond milk and banana bonded together in the blender. 7 jumbo egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup oj
Meal 2 chicken breast on wheat English muffin, slice of cheese, Greek yogurt, carrots
Meal 3 chicken breast sweet potato broccoli
Meal 4 pre workout one packet instant oats, almond milk, 1 scoop up your mass 1/2 scoop whey
Meal 5 post workout 2 cups whey in water with banana, 1 scoop waxy maize, 1 cup Gatorade, 1 scoop creatine
Meal 6 chicken breast 1 cup brown rice broccoli handful almonds
Meal 7 cup cottage cheese flax oil 1 cup of milk 1 scoop casein protein.
Lots of water all day. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, no cardio really I lose weight too fast.
 
Fast Asian metabolism isn't even close haha. My last bulk Started at 157. was eating 5000+ cals, and I cut out all cardio (MMA Jiu Jitsu) and stalled out at 175. Kept 13. So I'm 170 now,
 
6 am:
1 cup OJ
1 Greek Yogurt
2 tps Peanut butter
half cup Oatmeal w/ Almonds and honey

Weight gainer + 1/2 cup oatmeal
(Gym)

830 am:
Protein Shake (provsone)
(Endurox if after gym)
Banana
2 eggs

Weight gainer + 1/2 cup oatmeal

11am: Lunch
Chicken Breast or chicken fajitas without tortillas, with grapeseed oil and pepper as seasoning
PB & J or honey with 1 slice cheese
Salad with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

2pm:
1 can of tuna in oil with salad and apple and Almonds and mini orange
Weight gainer + 1/2 cup oatmeal

4pm:
pre-workout
Provsone

(Workout)

6pm:
Endurox-* post workout mainly 4-1 carb ratio for energy

Weight gainer -+ 1/2 cup oatmeal

8pm:

15min to home then cook dinner:

Dinner:
- honey glazed salmon with asparagus/
-pasta with extra virgin olive or grapeseed oil in sauce with green peppers and ground turkey/
-Tilapia with grapeseed oil and pepper with lemon juice and asparagus/
-Bite size chicken with asparagus sauté with garlic in peanut oil and pepper as seasoning/
Etc, or just cycle thru them for dinner for variety

Weight gainer + 1/2 cup oatmeal before bed

That was a good gain , the next one might be even better .
I always wanted a Bruce Lee on steroids kinda body . Still want it ,lol.
 
Weight gainer I used is Real gains by Universal. And I also sip Modern BCAA during workouts 4 scoops in my big bottle. The bcaa really helped me kept me energized thru it all

thanks! But that diet stalled me at 175 for maybe 2 months. I was told I need more fat in my diet, which I can't disagree. So that's what I'm gonna switch up for this bulk
 
I was also told to add Spaghetti Sandwiches haha
I'll do that and add Flax seed into my shakes, and drink milk throughout the day with my shakes.

When I bulk , I break out the boiled eggs . At least a dozen a day . Best protein on earth , and cheap . Oatmeal , peanut butter- You could probably get away with whole milk too , as much as you can drink . Throw in some MFL dbol and I know you'll see gains !!
