Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

My wife is Vietnamese, so I eat all kinds of exotic stuff...if ya know what I mean...lol. Seriously though, bone marrow is awesome. Ox tail soup, duck tongue, coagulated pigs blood (blood tofu), tripe, balut (duck embryo), pig uterus, duck vagina (kidding). Haven't tried dog yet, but my father-in-law says the black ones delicious. Ha ha ha

Great cycle log fellas!

I am so fucking sick of chicken. Lately I have been using red hot brand sauce (sweet chili), maple syrup or just taking small bites and swallowing with water like a pill. Meatloaf is getting old.

Fish cooked, then frozen and thawed again sucks. Tuna is played out.

I think I am going to bake a turkey this weekend.

Who else uas good ideas for getting this food down that is palatable frozen in meal portions? Maybe a stirfry...
You can get a ton of seasons (like McCormick), add olive oil, cooking vinegar, mustard, honey, bbq sauce, chopped greens (like oregano, parsley, etc), onions, carrots, any veggie/fruit of your liking, and of any combination of the above (you need olive oil as the base). Mix in a bag over night, cook the next day, and voila, new tasting chicken.

You can also try different cooking methods, pit cooking, under a brick, butterfly cuts, stuffed meat (like a chicken breast calzone), smoked (or the cheap version, wood cuts in your grill), beer battered, etc.

tmac, that list is wrong on so many levels :)

@brutus79 Check this guy out Brutus, he is amazing if you love grilling, look no further.

This guy is the best griller, I have ever seen. He travels the world seeking old and new ways of grilling, then puts his special touch to it, the food is nothing short of amazing. Most can be modified as well, to suit personal taste (or body building purposes).:D

Nasty foods right there...makes my 3 burgers I'm inhaling right now not taste so good.

Am sunday weigh in (post piss/shit pre food/water)
260.0
I was 265.4 before I went to bed last night... less than a six pound swing belies far less water weight. I was swinging over 8 lbs earlier in the week. I started this log at night and was at 249.something and waking up around 246.5 so at day 23 I am looking at a 13.5lb gain.

This weight gain was very quick at first but obviously was a large percentage water; I can feel the lbm settling in now. Traps are separating nicely, vascularity is really starting to become pronounced in the arms and legs... while working out veins are prominent everywhere- traps, chest, shoulders, legs, arms. This is the best I ever felt during a cycle- tren, deca, anadrol, dbol all have numerous sides for me and this tbol, test, eq stack has zero sides so far besides getting bigger, faster and strong as an ox.

Brutus, are you planning on checking your igf1 level after some time on peptides?
No. With how much I am eating it has been difficult to pin with any regularity... I am really just using as an appetite boost right now. I will at one point- just not during this cycle.

Brutus!!!! Try turkey meatballs or turkey burgers. It's my go to when I get sick of everything else.

Also, when I'm sick of plain old grill chicken I will do a organic crunchy peanut butter, coconut oil, braggs amino acids, sesame and red pepper chicken. Cook it up like a stir fry that you are suggesting. it's good shit my brother.

I tell ya- I'm two and a half years clean and sober, but I sure see where a blunt or two would come in real handy for bulking... too bad it always turns in to a couple bundles of dope. Pity.

I'm in the same boat as you only its alcohol not dope, but to the same end I'm sure. I just celebrated my 1st year sober on 10/14/2014 the biggest accomplishment in my life so far. I really like how you write about how much of a chore 7k cals is to actually eat. It gives me a new level of appreciation for what big guys have to go through. Both you @brutus79 and @johnnyBALLZ are killing it and it is inspiring me.

Congrats on your year brother. If I could eat like I drank I would be Mr Olympia.
