tired of what I see

Its cool you have some true pharm test. Supplement with ugl or if you can human grade gear.

Get your dose up to 500mg a week, and you will notice.

The pharm test is only 200 MG every three weeks. Which don't even put me on the normal t scale. Doctor won't go up on dose because that dose should be sufficient. But 400 MG puts me at 538 test. I feel great and I can imagine a little bit higher. I have my source. I am just getting things in order.

Diet is for sure. I might try a cycle but I am not to sure on what to try. There is a lot of info out there. I am looking for something geared more toward my situation. There is are tons of opinions on diets. I just have to figure out which is best.
A cycle will not make the weight come off you need to learn about nutrition before you touch these drugs bud if you dont have the discipline to stay on a quality diet an excersice program your not ready for hormones and how come you havnt changed doctors if your test is low

I have changed doctors 3 times. I am on kaiser so buy changing doctors I have been flagged pretty much as a seeker. Which I am not I just want a doc who is worth a damn. Thanks for the advise. I have fixed the diet for 2 weeks now. That ain't much but it is in the right direction. I am pretty surei have high cortisol level but none of my doctor won't order the test. I think this because of how my body is shaped. I have not searched the site yet for cortisol solutions.

Thanks

If I remember correctly the scale at home said 37%. I will do that tomorrow and see for sure. What diets types would you recommend?

Keto diet. High fats and protein with very little carbs, 5 to 60 grams per day of carbs. Once your glycogen stores are used your body will start buring the fat for energy. Its good because you will always feel satiated and youll burn alot of fat. Just remember to eat clean and avoid alot of salt and keep away from the carbs.

This is exactly what I am doing. I have been doing it for a couple of weeks and I am starting to feel better. Also this is the best diet for BP1. Thanks for the link.

Mxch.. I also have Kaiser and totally understand your situation! But in my honest opinion brother you need to step back and really think about using gear to fix your weight problems. At 38%bf you should really consider going on a lifestyle change instead of a "diet". Here's what I can recommend, but at the end of the day you're going to make your own choices

1. 3-6 months of walking, swimming, jogging, and anything cardio related.
2. 1+yr change your eating, daily habits, and track your calories

Do these things first and you'll see results!!

Whichever road you take I wish you best of luck!

Thank you. Life style changes are the best. Here is my excuse. Bipolar 1. I have to take advantage of hypo/mania when it comes. I have no control over it and and how long it last(one day to3 plus years) Taking meds for it is most of the reason for the bf%. I had to stop the med to trigger the Mania which help me lose weight just because. I have been into the high teens bf% a few times due to this. I just have to find the sweet spot.
Had far as kp and the 200 MG test c I am on. It is nice to feel good when it kicks in but it is not consistent leaving me on a roller coaster. I have asked him to increase dose or decrease spacing but...... well you know.
I have a work out partner now. Which will be great for me. He is a Cardio freak and I am more of a weight guy. It is always nice to have a gym partner.

Mxch, if think you current mood swings are bad just wait until you're running gear! It's going to be 10x bad on those peaks and valleys! For you and your family safety, you should really reconsider..

I have. I am just going to run my TRT from the doc. I am on day 3 keto diet and starting to feel better. I will stay on this path and continue to research my bi polar stuff as this is my biggest downfall.

That's good to hear brother! Make sure you know about depression during PCT. Good luck and keep us post on your progress :)

Thanks for the help everyone. I have been on a intermittent fasting keto diet. All macros are calculated and dialed in. The results are awesome. Minus 16 lbs already. Never felt better. Gained some size on my arms and legs and lost 2 inches on my stomach. I have never been this successful.

Welcome to MESO! Lose some weight before even considering doing a cycle! People never seem to wanna hear that, but its in your absolute best interests! You said you want to see muscle? Diet and train hard, and when you've leaned out, you'll see your muscles. Given your stats... your 5"9 and 245? My advice would be to work hard getting your weight down to around 175 or 180 lbs. and once you've accomplished that... get rid of your doctor, find somewhere to get your antibiotics or whatever you need Rx wise, and then pull the trigger on a
good cycle that contains a couple of highly (anabolic) type steroids, then utilize your TRT dose of test (androgenic) type steroid, as just a base of only 1 ml. every 5 to 7
days! Good Luck achieving your goals!

A quick retraction of my last post. Getting your weight down into the 175 to 180 lb. range would be of great benefit to you... but i can no longer in good conscience recommend you doing any AAS, after reading your entire new member intro thread, explaining that you are bi-polar. TRT is one thing... but any consideration on your behalf regarding doing a "full on" cycle with various different steroids combined in a stack, or even running testosterone at more than 1 ml. every 7 days, would not be wise at all! Please do not even think about going on a steroid cycle, especially since you have a wife and kids, and the psychological dangers that you using steroids could cause, as the steroids alone will produce personality changes all by themselves! This could lead to episodes of aggressive psychotic behavior, which would only be enhanced due to your current diagnosis! The safety of your wife and children should be of serious concern to you. So please act in a responsible manner, and for the sake of your family don't fool around with steroids at all. Good Luck to you, and i wish you all the best!
