My only complaint. It's crowded as fuuuuckk like all the time. Especially now cuz the college kids are trying to get "jacked and cut" in 8 weeks before spring break.

Being around all the idiot students is definitely annoying, but if it means having having access to bumper plates and bars you can actually hook w/ then its a small price to pay imo. ;)

Not a day goes by I don't wanna punch one of the "brahs" in the neck. But the equipment is awesome. After cycle I'm gonna try and move all my workouts to the barbell/rack room

Oh and it was back day. Went 15 rep sets and shoulder felt great. Pulls had been giving me most trouble lately

Close grip seated 7 sets
DB bent over rows 3 sets
Close grip pulldown 7 sets
Forgot trap work wtf
Did some RC exercises and body work, foam roll/stretch and shit, tried to work on my cleans.
Need some serious flexibility work... I think in my lats. Once I clean the bb I can't get my elbows up? Like I can rest bar on my delts but my arms go nowhere near parrelell to floor. Very uncomfortable position. @weighted chinup I know you do them. What do u think?

Felt like a good workout til I wrote it down...

Lat tightness is the issue here I believe. Get your lats loose before going into the rack position, do foam rolling and mobility work regularly to target your lats. If you can get it in position comfortably but can't keep your elbows up then the issue is most likely your lats are restricting your ability to keep your arms / elbows up.

It's an issue for me as well sometimes when using rack position on front squat, but its getting dramatically better over time as I practice it more.

Tricep tightness is a factor as well, loosen up and foam roll your tri's, this will definitely help.

Thank you sir, I got the foam roller at the house. My lower body mobility is awesome now. I think I can achieve the same with my tight back muscles
 
@hotdog23 might want to try stretching before you go to the gym. Maybe 30 - 45 minutes before..? I have a bad should and if I stretch it out good and slow at home before heading to the gym, I don't have as hard of a time with it.

Plus there's a bunch of faggy crossfitters. Don't get me wrong, oly lifts and box jumps are gangster.... But crossfit is faggy and stupid

Hey I resemble that remark! LOL Ain't nuthin faggy about being a competitive excerciser! It's all the rage with the college coeds plus they love when I critique their snatch.

Nice GH stash btw. You gonna do any serums or you just gonna run igf?

I got what I think is a decent rotator cuff program I do 4-5 times I week. Be happy to share it. Just coming off a lil tweak, I was being stupid and rushing shit. It's about 85% of what is was ( which is 80% of what it should be without the labral tears)

Awkward.... Lol maybe it's just the ppl I see doing it. Oly lifts are awesome, period. Just some of the stuff I see them do looks unsafe and unhealthy.

I'm getting IGF on kefei, @dmt31 is getting serum, and someone else is getting IGF on white tops... I kno alotta guys ran them so this should be helpful.

Well was supposed to chill tonight but I'm so horny and aggressive I'm going in for high rep squats. Carbed out a lil bit at work so maybe I'm just feeling guilty

Edit: @romaleos if I'm being completely honest maybe I'm a lil jealous of those faggy crossfitters doing things I can't. I can't clean or snatch and it makes me feel little, in more ways than one.
