What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Ok bud. Give me a few days. I'm having some stomach issues today and I just got back from a weekend of eatting a lot of junk food out of town. lol. Plus OGH told me I'm a white boy and need a tan.

I'm pretty sure the stomach issue I'm having is from eatting hoilday inns powder egg BS every morning.

Its always the guys with natural potential like Odie & JB that have the body dismorphia . I got it too but Im trying to lean out for at least one good show (Mens short class, 55 & over) ....yes- I'll be 55 in 2 weeks my younger friends :(

PS - you dont want to reach my age and regret you didnt do it when you were in your prime . I missed my window....[ ]

Time to hit the ol' tanning bed at the gym :)

Also get some rest and eat some clean food...then that'll get the nasty shit out of your plumbing.

Wow you look better and didn't realize you will be 55 soon. I'll be 51 in a few moons and I still got a lot of life left in me too :)

I took an exlax pill last night before I went to bed to get all this crap out of me. Its been a very bad day. Word of advice if you ever take an exlax pill before bed, don't wake up and eat runny eggs. On the other hand when all this misery is over I should have lost a few pounds. lol

Thanks Erik - thats why Im here, to show older guys its not too late . And to teach younger guys not to give up too early . I plan on BBing right into my 60"s but as far as competition I only have a few yrs left to get it right ....

Here's to you in WINNING a show and you can show the younger gear-filled whippersnappers a thing or two about bb'ing ;)

Thanks brother. I have defiantly put in the work, but like OGH and I talked about the other day. I guess it comes a little easier for me cause my dad is a huge ripped guy. It helps that my sister qualified for the Olympics in gymnastics when I was a kid and I trained a little with them. I don't care what anyone says, those gymnast take feeling the burn to a whole new level. Then played football and baseball up until I graduated High school. Some guys at the gym are trying to get me to enter a comp. in MAY but I don't think I have what it takes yet.

But man I did my first fitness game in my hometown last year, was afraid to try. ended up being amazing, and now I'm on their council and setting up another one this year. Promoting healthy living and making competition for all who want to change their lives. I feel most forget it's a huge step to change ourselves for thr better!

I will try to stay on top this but Ii am intermittent fasting right now. I eat between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. This is what I ate yesterday.

2 chicken breast and Chobani with pineapple post workout.
1 Plain greek yogurt
1 non soy plant based protein shake w/Tsp 100% Cacao, 1 Tbsp Almond butter, 1/2 cup blackberries.
Double Turkey burger with 2 slices of swiss on 100% Whole Wheat and a fried egg on top
1 cup cottage cheese.

Great job too Volt - the double turkey burger sounds great (gonna try it) been hitting that chobani lately I see....:)
 
The other 5 I just slam standing up out of ziplocs, so when I bring something home to dip my wick in I try to give her the illusion I didn't just come out the trees.
(sometimes I even shave my balls, don't let these girls ever tell me I don't give a shit)

Your a class act Tango , and see to be a very self-sufficent type of person ...:cool:
