Day 40

I was about 36 hours late on my last pin. I should have injected on wedensday but for some reason slipped my mind and did not take the shot. I did go back and read my log to realize that i missed it. Thank god for tracking everything. I took the shot thursday right before mid night. I Will pin again Sunday and get back on track. This means that i will not be getting blood work done on monday. I think that this irrregularity will throw off the numbers . So i will look to get the bloods done on thrusday 24 hours after my wednesday pin. Sucks cause that means the labs will not come back till the the week seven mark.

Regardless The pin was alright. I tried to pin my left glute but the oil would not flow from the pin into my glute so i just switched to the right glute and it pinned pretty easily. I am cramping up during the shots and that is painful.

I once again had to break my trainning up into 2 sessions but i would say this time it worked out for the better. I trainned back, triceps and did 60 min cardio. My first session was about an hour 20 min long and consisted of 16 sets. I then went back about 3 hours later and crushed more back and triceps while doing 15 min intervals on the stairmaster.

I trained till the kicked me out of the gym. then i still had to hit triceps so i went to the parrallel pars outside and cranked out 6 sets. The first 3 were not that bad the last 3 sets all went to failure. What do you guys think about how i split the cardio and the work out? I liked it. I gave me a break from the monotone that is 60 straight mins of cardio. It also allowed me to hit the cardio harder due to the resets. Any opinons welcome. Overall it was a good day of trainning i got 39 sets in and my deads were killer today. Its nice to rep with 315lb.

Diet was great today. Cheat day tomorrow. And since i am wrighting this already having done the cheat day, i will say i fucked up. Diet all this week was pretty fantastic.
 
Day 41

Today was my cheat day and i must say it was one hell of a day concerning food. I ate well over what i should have and i ate shit that is absolutely horrible for bodybuilding in general. I did not have an injection today and will pin agian sunday. I will aslo start the masteron saturday and pin it eod for the first week then possibly move to everyday injections.

12k cals the last meal was at a dinner where i could eat anything out so i just filled in what i ate with what ever the app had that might have been close. the other entries are spot on. I felt like ass all day. I ate then slept ate then slept then went to train and ate then slept.

I trained legs today. I attempted to squat but my lower back was not having anytihng to do with it. I forced myself through 3 sets of 15 at 135 and that was all i wanted to muster up. My lower back needs time to heal from the abuse it took. Even though i use proper form when lifting just the pumps and the repeated strain on my lower back adds up.

I do no think i got 15 reps on the last 2 sets. i was really forcing them out.

Gym closes and i get kicked out before i can get cardio in its 10:30pm and i NEED to get my hour of cardio in. i feel like shit from all the food i ate i am exaused from the 31 sets of legs i just finished and the fact that its past 10pm. I think where i can get 60 min of cardio in and i drive over to an apartment complex and get into the workout room and hop on a bike and peddle for 6o min and finish at 11:55pm!

Like clock work i train. I got everything i needed to do in no excuses.

I also got word back from the scientist i am using for the testing. Here is what he said. and its not looking good for the caber i have. Looking like its bunk.
"Hi Capt Forest,

I am still running the samples. For some reason I am not detecting cabergoline on Sample 9, which should be present according to your list. I will send a summary later this weekend. I apologize about the delay, but the instrument ran out of nitrogen last night so I needed to rerun some of the samples today. Thanks."

Anyone got some caber for me to help keep this tren dick away?
 
Day 42
6 weeks out half way point.

I did not have an injection today. I also got back on my diet and had a gret day of training and nutrition. I did still have stomach discomfort and I started taking an eca stack. I did not really feel the eca and its from mjr so there might be a problem with it. I will take it again tomorrow and see what happens. I also went shopping and got some good food chicken, eggs, beef 96% lean. Picked up some hot reds hot hot sause. I also splurged on vitamins. I picked up most of the basic stuff i needed to re stock on and a few extras like Chromium, Ginkgo Biloba, and i picked up some astaxanthin. They are the only out of the ordinary supps i got. I did get in the mail some l dopa and gaba to help with the tren sides. i am not sure how its going but i took the gaba last night and felt a bit more relaxed then normal and slept well. I have to say krill oil is one of my favorit supps out there. Its expensive but i love the no after taste and the added benifits of the stuff. So yeah i have stocked up my supplments box.

I am looking more and more vascluar each day my weight is still off from the 12k cal day. that was a disaster. I trained shoulders and abs today it was a good workout. I also got my 60 min cardio in. In this workout i did as much of it seated as i could due to my lower back being sore from the deads.

Quads look great btw! I have a lot of mass on my thighs but I can't get my VL and Vmo to come out in 3d like that

I am just lucky to have genitics that give me good legs. If you go back and look through my leg sessions i think that they might be my weakest trainning days.

Day 43

Today i pinned 3ccs. test e, tren e, and mast p. All from swole oil. The injection was alright it hurt a bit, the cramps in my obliques while i pin my glutes are annoying but i just breath through it. I am also and have been taking swoles var for the past week. So atm its all swole gear. Till i get results in from the testing that gives me a reason to switch. I cant even feel the pin from this morning. The oil is real painless. I have 44ml of mast prop. My plan was to take 525mg ew. i would do .75ml ed or 1.5ml eod. I think i am going to have to pin ed cause the eod pins that fall on the same days as my test e and tren e pins will make is so the oil will not all fit in the syrnge. So thats that now the question is do i pin 1ml daily or .75ml. With 41 days till show time i can use most of the oil if pinned one ml daily. What i think i will do is on the 2 days a week where i pin the test and tren i will take 1cc mast to make it an even 3cc pin twice a week. I mean i am on a lot of gear 600mg ew test 500 ew tren at least 525mg mast along with 350+mg var. Thats almost 2 grams of anabolic androgenic steroids. I do not think i really need that much at this point in my lifting carrer. Although if i dont use the mast it will just sit there for a while.

After doing some research i found out that ephedra extract is pretty much useless. So the shit i got from mjr is just expensive caffine pills. So I went to cvs to see if i could get some ephedrin hcl in the form of bronkaid or primatene. I wound up picking up the last box of primatene. ~SCORE~ so now i got some quality eca to help work off the fat. they are 12.5mg per pill and only 24 in the box. But there are so many cvs and walgreens in my area along with walmart i will pick more up when i need it.

I trainned bicpes chest and triceps today along with 60 mins of cardio. It was a hell of a pump on my biceps i blasted them today. Over 150reps on each arm over 15 sets of work. Chest got a nice blast and pump also and triceps were good. It was a great session that i will see new muscle from. I did as much of the work seated as i could cause the pumps in my lower back are fucking annoying.

I been taking about 1.5g krill oil a day that i am not accounting for. Just figured i would put that out there. My weekly pill planner is pretty banging right now from the sick restock i just pulled yesterday.

Day 44

Today i shot one ml in my left delt of mast prop it was smooth. I have decided to pin ed. I have 44 mls of mast and will pin the first week at 1cc ed then drop it to .75 ml ed. I think that i will though twice a week pin a full cc of mast along with the test and tren shots.

I put an order in for 25g 1" 3ml syrnges from walmart for a box of 100. Should come to 13 or 16 bucks i forget. I also picked up some bronkaid from a local cvs. 60 tabs 25mg ephedrine sufate. I did the reasearch and ephedrine sufate is about 77% pure so a 25mg cap of bronkaid will supply 19.25mg of ephedrine. I also have the primatine which is ephidreine hcl which is a more pure version. i believe its 85%. Regardless i took 2 primatine and one bronkaid today along with the caffine and aspirin. I really did not feel a difference in anything. So i either handle it well or its not all its cracked up to be. Tomorrow i will up my dosage to ~75mg between the 2 products. While i have been experimenting with the eca i have quit the pre workout till i figure out how it all works in my system.

I have decided to drop the dosage on the var. It seems that eating them like candy is a bad idea. The past few days i have had a tightness in my chest over my heart. So today i will drop the dosage to 4 pills of swole oil var tabs then tomorrow i will lower it to 3. It will stay at this untill i get the reports in on the var i sent out. Once it comes back i will take it accordingly. Since i have dropped the dosage wrighting this later in the evening the tightness is gone for the first time since Thursday. Which was the first day i noticed it. I pretty much felt it as i took deep breath. Made it feel as if i was not breathing deeply enough.

I got a good hour tan in today. It was nice and relaxing down here in FL. I tanned up nicely. Today i trainned back and abs. I got 27 sets in during my workout. Pretty high volume my rep ranges were from 10 - 25 reps per set (besides pullups). I then got 60 min of cardio in, split up 15 on a bike then i powered through 30 on the elliptical where i got an obnoxious back pump. I then finished with 15 on the bike.

That will put the standard foods back in and not the improvised stuff i ate today. Also my food scale kicked the bucket. Which sucks. Now i got to buy another.

I shot on cc mast prop into my right delt. It was a strange injection. I have not pinned my right delt in quite a while now. It feels fine the oil from swole oil is top quality when it comes to painlessness. I also took 25mg eca today. I did not train and i skipped my cardio session today. I have been taking nolva 25 - 50mg ed from mjr to help with the nip soreness. It seems to be helping a bit.

Today was day 0 for me so i did not lift weights. My back is still a bit sore from my workout yesterday. I think that this day off did right by me. I have to earn these days off. Although i feel guilty for missing cardio. I did do some light walking but its not what i would consider cardio.

I went to the dr and got some bloods ordered. I am getting my tsh free t4, free t3 and total testosterone tested along with a lipid profile. I really only wanted to get free t3 and total test done but she insisted on the other shit. Telling me that t4 is what is active in the body. I did not bother to argue further after giving my explaination so i got pegged with extra tests that are going to cost me. I will go in thursday at 8:20 and get the blood drawn around 8:30. My last pin before that will be about 5:30am on Wednesday. that will mean about 27 hours will have passed from last bi weekly injection to blood being drawn.

I am thinking of jumping on t3/t4 once i get the results back from the scientist i sent the stuff off to for testing gets back to me. I also want to see how my free t3 is affected while on this diet. My weight is down about 3 pounds since starting this cut.

I realize that my bp is way too high. I will be making an app with my gp to possibly do somthing about this. I also put an order in at Alldaychemist for some pharm grade pct prods clomid and nolva along with adex and caber. The main reason for the order was to make sure that i get Lisinopril for my blood pressure.

My diet today was good. Fat was a tad higher then the last few days due to me eating fried eggs and not boiling them. Other then that it was good. I also did not have the cance to measure out my first serving of chicken and sweet potatoes. I still go to pick up a new food scale. I will do it after work tomorrow at walmart along with the pins i ordered from them. I also have to cook up some veggies.

Day 46

Today was horrendous. It was the worst day of the year so far for me. I had a shit going on and i did not train or do cardio. So that makes 2 days in a row no trainning and no cardio. I get news that put me into a bad state. I ate and ate and ate. Completely fucked up my diet.

You know when you put your head down at night and you know that you will wake up a better version of your self tomorrow because of what you did that day. Yeah i woke up the next day worse. I was not a champion this day, and cause of that i did not wake up a better version of myself the next morning.

I took my one ml of mast along with the shot of test and tren. It was a fine shot in the right glute. I will contiune to pin one ml mast for 10 days. Took the pin at 5:45am

fuck it i am not even going to post it. I gave up logging all the shit i ate.
 
Day 47

Today i took one ml of mast to the right delt. It was a fine shot no pip. Its a breeze to pin ed with this oil.

I woke up today with the purpose of becoming a champion and making up for the terrible day i had the day before. I worked 16 sets of chest and 16 sets of back. 5 sets biceps and 5 sets triceps. I know that i cant make up a lost day but i trained a double today and got my cardio in. It felt nice.

I had my blood taken at about 8:45am 2/19/15. My last pin before the blood was taken was 5:45am 2/18/15. That means about 27 hours elapsed between last pin and blood draw. I should get the results back on monday or tuesday. Glad I took care of that.

My diet was not 100% i started off badly but it all came together in the end. I cooked up some food today to get back into the swing of packing a lunch. Money is tight right now and i am going to have to be cuttiing some stuff this week inorder to get the food i need for this diet. Meat is a killer on the wallet. I will be eating some tuna this week.

Also i got my eca tapered up to max dosage today 70mg~ and i began the taper on my t3/t4. I will taper up on that dosage every 3 days till i get to 100mcg t3 unless its visually unnessary. I took 12.5mcg before i fell asleep tonight. I like to take it all right before bed. I cant sleep if i take it in the morning or split the dosage up over the cource of the day. The eca and t3/t4 once it gets full swing should be a great fat burning combo.

Diet was not perfect. It was ok. I did make one bad choice early in the day but i was able to work around it. My carbs still came up a bit high. Looking to make tomorrow even better. I can also put my head down knowing i will wake up a better version of my self the next day.

Also i picked up a 60 tab box of primatene from wal mart along with a box 0f 100 25g 1" 3ml syrnges for $13.14 on the pins! What a good deal. I sould be more then good on the eca now.

I really enjoy the level of detail. This type of self-monitoring/detail logging goes a long way towards helping achieve goals. It's a great record to fine tune things and see what works and what doesn't!

I always preferred ephedrine+caffeine much more than clenbuterol and even albuterol. It's too bad that (black market) clen and albuterol is usually much easier to find than OTC ephedrine.

Yeah woke up went to work at 5am finished up around 10am and ate as much as i could. I then went home and slept till my partner called me and we went to moes, kilwins, and coldstone. I then went back home and slept. I woke up again a few hours later to train. It was a painful session cause i was in so much discomfort from all the food. After trainning my partner and i went to an all you can eat place and i just ate till i felt like death. Then you guessed it i went back to sleep lol. I will never forget that day. wake work eat sleep eat sleep train eat sleep.

Yeah its really helpful to be able to document all this. Its saved me from missed pins. I also am a numbers guy and love to go over stats. Thank you for reading i am flattered that the owner of meso makes time to read my Journal.
