Decided on carb cycling after @CeymoreButtz posted info an JBZ and Brutus log

Been doing my low/moderate carb front load ~100/day, abs beggining to show, I feel fuller and leaner, scale is saying 204 on the dot. More muscle less fat lets go!

Also I decided my finisher
7 more week tren 600mg/week (increase)
6 more week deca 400/week (ganabol-dosing in question)
Provi 50mg/day

Last 3 weeks pre pct
Test p 100mg/ed
Winny 60mg/Ed til my joints forfeit

Kefei hgh giving me lasting and painful red lumps... @dmt31 any of this for you?

No, no red lumps. I get lumps sometimes that are a little painful for a couple days, but not red. I got my serum test done yesterday though. Hope to have results this week sometime

Have you tried the new Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt? This stuff tastes great, only has 120 cals, 0 fat, 15g Protein and 7 sugars. Sweetened with Stevia Root. Man, I love it, and it satisfies that sweet itch you get when eliminating carbs for a long period of time..

Reverse sldl walk, and sum glute bridges, basically rehab work. Anterior pelvic tilt and some poor postural habits have cost me a lot of training time. But I'm fixing them one by one

Sum hardcore RC work after. Fuck a bum shoulder! Not impressed with the tren, upping to 1000mg/week til I run out. Hopefully I will see some results

Shit is hard! As advised by the internet, I'm trying to stay under 175-150g/day for couple weeks, then go into full cycling. I got a plug on meat tho, 100% free :) chikki breast hamburgers and some assorted beef and pork cuts. All I gotta buy is my cruciferous veggies

I have backed my carbs off too, gonna try the carb cycle when I hit the tren next run.

Free protein is always nice, I have 2 deer I just had processed so I should be set for a while! Also my buddy just closed his supplement shop and is selling me 5lb jugs of protein for 15 bucks each, gonna buy as many that can fit in my truck lol
 
Did a light leg day today. I can get through workout no prob but I can tell hammy still fucked up. Gonna take it slow. Tren is at 1200mg this week, I've resumed winny at 60mg day and upped deca (900 this week) prob 600 here on out..

In three weeks I'll be switching compounds to finish cycle. Might just go for gram of prop for 5 weeks. What do you think?

Finally felt some strength off this tren, noticeable but nothing crazy

Got under 285lbs on flat bench... Didn't happen lol.. My post labral tear PR was 275... I got scared tbh.

Turn up on my rotator cuff work. Shoulder gonna b invincible.

Fell off bad on my diet :-/ birthday cake n beer yesterday. Bagels and cream cheese today smh, will avenge myself with meat and fiber!!
