What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Today turned into my cheat dinner and I made it worth it. Had to attend a wedding and hit a casino buffet with the family for dinner after. I didn't take pics of the first plate but it was 2 slices of prime rib w au jus, potatoes and Mac n cheese. Here's plate #2 and 3, plus desserts.

You've hit the jackpot with that one :)

mmm that looks sinfully good...bet you'd wanna eat the whole pie in one sitting ;) :D

I honestly could, the whole thing only has about 800 calories :)

Recipe

Things you'll need
7 inch spring form pan or glass pie pan (spring form is much easier to remove cake but not necessary)
4 oz cream cheese. (Can be fat free, 1/3 fat or full fat depending on your diet. I personally used 2 oz 1/3 fat and 2 oz fat free on this one as I feel some of the fats are needed for the best taste but even fat free is still great)
6 oz plain greek yogurt
1 scoop snickerdoodle Select protein ( you could use vanilla protein and add more cinammon and will turn out very similar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 grams Sucralose ( splenda)
Cinnamon ( to taste)
2 whole large eggs

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F

Weigh out cream cheese in bowl and microwave it for 20 seconds to soften and then soften more with spoon. Add greek yogurt and mix well. Then add protein, sucralose and vanilla and mix well. One at a time, mix in the eggs. After mixed, add in cinnamon and taste a small portion to see if it is to your liking.

After ingredients are mixed, pour into lightly greased pan and put into preheated oven for 6 minutes. At this point check on it, the sides ( about 2-3 inches from the edge) should look like it is hardening while the middle still seems a bit more liquid/batter-y. Turn oven down to 225 and cook for another 10 minutes. Pull out and using a fork or toothpick stab in the middle of cheesecake. Very little to none should come off on the fork/toothpick. If it does, put it back in for a couple more minutes and test again. After, remove from oven and let cool for at least 90 minutes. Then transfer to a plate ( this is where the springform pan comes in handy) and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Over night( 8-10 hours) tends to yield the best results.

If you want, after you check on it the first time (before lowering the heat) you can pull it out and add toppings such as walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, whatever you'd like really. This recipe can be followed with bout any flavor you want. If making a chocolate just add 4-6 tbsps of cocoa. I'm making a cookies and cream cheesecake next where I'll use a cookies and cream protein and smash some oreo thins up and add it to the batter.

Nice recipe @sin, gonna be making this soon and I'd be making the cookies and cream one with crumbled oreos on top as a garnish

Currently eating 2 packs of this with 3 cups of milk, piece of fruit, greek yogurt, and some whey. Boring but gets the job done!
