So finally it's that time for me to cycle again, feels like to long!. I am going to keep pretty detailed log including diet and workouts, along with other random thoughts and such. My first log was last AUGUST and then, I ran Bioniche Test Cyp,Tren A and Winny. I was happy overall with the outcome,but with this one im actually going to diet better for it and change my workouts periodically. Just to see what happens. (First pin will be May 4th 2015)

Weeks: 1-12. 125mg Test P, 2x Week

Weeks: 1-4. 100mg Mast P, EOD

Weeks: 1-4. 100mg Tren A, EOD

Weeks: 4-12 125mg Mast P, EOD

Weeks: 4-12 125mg Tren A, EOD

Weeks: 1-12 250ius HCG 2x Week

Weeks 14-18 Standard Clomid & Nolva PCT


Diet will monitored by MyFitnessPal

Calories Protein Carbs Fats

3,800 – 4,000+ 300-400+ 250-300 130-170


Workouts for the first month im going to do 1 muscle group per day, with Med toHigh rep range (something i've never done before) Get my body use to isolating those muscles while the gear does its job. Second Month I plan on increasing the weights as I go (I am not an ego lifter,not trying to hurt myself) And the Third Month I think im going to go back too my original routine which was back/bis and Chest/tris and so forth.

Let's see the magic- I know you have eating down pat and that's where the majority of people fuck up. I am interested to see how the prop twice a week affects you up and down wise. Are you going to do a prop shot, wait a day, hcg shot, wait a day etc so e2 is level? Are you running an ai?

So as you mentioned I have eating down pretty solid.last year i didn't follow a diet plan, and this year I've learned alot More. And to be honest I've never needed an AI,and this is my 5th cycle. I've never once had the standard sides most guys talk about. Either I'm super human or my body responds differently,I'm not sure, just lucky maybe :) with the prop, I've ran it this way before and was just fine. I planned on doing HCG and Test on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Do you think I should change this?

If it ain't broke don't fix it... but I would do hcg and test on different days to keep tt and e2 level-ish.
 
Middle of my chest and upper back. It really helps me to pin long esters daily instead of twice a week, using antibacterial dish soap and regimented ai usage. I have one zit right now mid cycle versus cystic nightmares I used to get in past cycles.
And it better not be on your nose, or you'd get called Rudolph, hahaha
