So finally it's that time for me to cycle again, feels like to long!. I am going to keep pretty detailed log including diet and workouts, along with other random thoughts and such. My first log was last AUGUST and then, I ran Bioniche Test Cyp,Tren A and Winny. I was happy overall with the outcome,but with this one im actually going to diet better for it and change my workouts periodically. Just to see what happens. (First pin will be May 4th 2015)
Weeks: 1-12. 125mg Test P, 2x Week
Weeks: 1-4. 100mg Mast P, EOD
Weeks: 1-4. 100mg Tren A, EOD
Weeks: 4-12 125mg Mast P, EOD
Weeks: 4-12 125mg Tren A, EOD
Weeks: 1-12 250ius HCG 2x Week
Weeks 14-18 Standard Clomid & Nolva PCT
Diet will monitored by MyFitnessPal
Calories Protein Carbs Fats
3,800 – 4,000+ 300-400+ 250-300 130-170
Workouts for the first month im going to do 1 muscle group per day, with Med toHigh rep range (something i've never done before) Get my body use to isolating those muscles while the gear does its job. Second Month I plan on increasing the weights as I go (I am not an ego lifter,not trying to hurt myself) And the Third Month I think im going to go back too my original routine which was back/bis and Chest/tris and so forth.

BF was 22% a year ago, im thinking maybe 15% now?
And my PR's are just me being an awesome dude.
