Pre workouts

image.jpg This is what I use. I like the energy it gives me and the taste doesn't bother me, which I've found a lot of the PWO flavours do. Makes me feel kinda queazy if I'm doing a cardio, high volume/high movement workout. But this one doesn't give me that. And I feel like my tolerance stays pretty consistent. Maybe the last few scoops towards the end I use two instead of one, but everyones tolerance assessment levels are night and day.

Thanks for this post, I've had a lot of girls ask what pwo I would recommend for them and i never the answer. I figured something milder but wasn't sure what.

Pwo and cardio is a huge no go for me. I remember taking no xplod when it first came out before a PT test... Bad idea
 
The best pwo Ive ever used is tne 100mgs 90mins before workout. Regular shit I use; coffee or rockstar with citruline malate. Its easy to depend on a preworkout. Sometimes Ill go off caffeine completely and hit cardio to get a pump going so Im not 100% dependent.

Really? I feel like girls can take any pre-workout...or do you just not recommend the ones you take because its like liquid cocaine? (if you have some of that....pass that shit over here ;))
maybe girls are more sensitive to it in general since we obviously are tinier than you guys and weigh less (usually)
Yeah I definitely like it better for a lifting style work out....took it before a more cardio-focused workout and honestly felt like death after Lol
 
I'm telling you fools, 1 scoop of Mr. Hyde and go to fucking war with the iron.

Please take it from me. Do not ever exceed 1 scoop. This is coming from an ex- coke,crack and meth head. More then 1 scoop and you'll be sitting in the parking lot after your workout buggin out.

I like it, it doesn't give me that tingling burning feeling at all.

By the way I'm pretty sure the owner of mr.hyde and dr. Jekyll is that valeteo ( whatever his name is). The guy who's arms exploded.

I took 3 a while back. Lol. My buddy took 2 that same day and about 20 mins into our workout I look at him and his face is beet red with dots all over it and veins popping out on his forehead. I was like bro..... He looked at me and had no idea what was wrong lmao
 
What're you guys taking? I miss the days of Jack3d and Super Pump 250, etc etc. That was the good shit. Nowadays NO Xplod and stuff can suck my dick, they don't do anything and I might as well have a coffee. Currently, I'm drinking Chameleon cold pressed coffee with some MCT oil in it. I've tried Hyde, Extreme Shock, C4, Red Plague and nothing seems to work for more than a week or so.

Since the old jack3d isn't around anymore (you can still buy it on eBay btw) I use Hyde. Crazy pumps, makes me sweat like a pig, and gets vascularity coming out. Turns me beat red though. Some sort of thermogenic in it I'm sure. I know it contains yohimbe bark extract.

Yea no I think it's just from my complete lack of knowledge on female supplementation, probably just basing it off an ex of mine who drank lots of caffeine but for whatever reason other stims in pwo would make her sick. I know they have "for her" ones out there too but assuming that's it's basically a marketing ploy.

I had a guy I work with take 3 scoops of hyde. He came in the office sweating like crazy and couldnt feel his arm. Had to call the ambulance. Turns out his BP was through the roof!

On an unrelated note, there was a guy who was in my NA/AA type meetings for PWO. He took too much and started tweaking. Got sent to a mental hospital for a little bit. Be careful with those doses everyone!

I took my blood presure in the grocery store after my workout today on the Mr.Hyde. Very scary #s. My gf wants me to go the doc. I'm gonna wait and retake my BP in the morning and see what it looks like. I'm gonna drop the preworkout while I'm on this cycle

Not sure I would use Hyde while on a fina cycle. That shit almost fucked up a friend of mine who's a natty lifter. He swears he nearly had a heart attack. Throwing those heavy stims in the mix with extremely potent AAS that already fuck with your blood pressure, red cell count, heart enlargement, exc. just seems dangerous to me.

I use Mr. Hyde too. And Ive had the same problem while on cycle. I keep saying im gonna drop it, but I also work out at 5am, so its hard for me to give it up.

I workout after work unless it's weekends so i really like that extra caffeine. I know once I drink it pulling out of the parking lot of work that there's no excuses, my ass has to go to the gym. I really don't wanna drop it because I just dropped my dbol and I want the insane pumps I get from it but my BP is scary. It was 169/101
