28 year old TRT 250mg/week
200ish lbs maybe 12-15% BF
ALT/AST/creatinin elevated
Rest of labs look fine.

Had this about a year ago, went to ER ultrasound the guy said my organs looked beautiful and that I must eat really healthy...

Problem:
Severe abdominal pain, not more/less around gallbladder/apen/pancreas.

Bowel movements been fine.

Mainly feel very gasy, bloat and pain all from pelvis to my top of ribcage.

Doc said no clue just like last time....

Could it just be a random inflammation or something?

Irritable bowel syndrome?

Sorry if there is not enough info, and I know it could be tons of things but what would be the most common with these symptoms.

It's been 3 days now progressively getting better.

If your digesting well still i would probably be optimistic but still alarmed and looking for a doc that could give me answers.
John Meadows had these symptoms but it got terribly serious.

Yeah, I am optimistic it's getting better so.. Just frustrating when nobody knows what's the problem !

Some alcohol mainly and some orals a while back. Like I said the alt ast was elevated. But then the pain would be more centered towards my liver the pain, swollen feet, possible jaundice??
Could be liver though I guess, that would be a good guess.

You can start process of elimination with anything that may have a negative impact and see if any change happens.Thats what I would first suggest.

Could be food poisoning. All I can think of is trying a colonoscopy or endoscopy, maybe hepatitis blood tests.

Is the pain during a certain time of the day, all the time, after you ate a certain food? Maybe an exlax and plenty of water could help move whatever is in there. Enzymes and creatinine can elevate after exercise or using medication.

Yeah, if it is from liver/orals/alcohol continuous consumption would just increase the pain.

Pain has been constant now for 4 days, progressively getting better. My Bowel movements are fine though. Doesn't make sense...

weren't you on some pretty strong cycles of tren and other anabolics not very long ago? I think tren especially has some effects on the cortisol system in the body and this is of course related to inflammatory and immune system, being off of something your body once was on could be an issue imo

also, in the past I tended toward inflammation and immune issues, I drastically changed my diet which actually helped, and now am able to reintroduce those foods now that my system has normalized, but while in an inflammatory state it doesn't take much to exacerbate the process.... I went gluten free and really tried to eat foods that I knew were of no issue, lots of meats and spinach salads, brown rice, etc... avoiding processed food and junk and wheat in general, even regular corn which is riddled with gmo's nowadays (I choose organic because of that, not the organic part as much as the fact that organic can't use gmo seeds)

intestinal inflammation which can be auto-immune can be a source of this chronic achy stuff that is really hard to settle down, I was able to though and don't really have any problems at the present time

Worth a look. But not sure the age it applies. Only folks I knew diagnosed young..

I am not using many supplements.
sorry for not updating but I was in Mexico with my GF. After 2 days she started getting the same symptoms. Got vitamin c, charchoal and others readily available. Found that peptobismol helps and kefir a probiotic dairy product.

So we are still currently having abdominal pain, diarrhea but no vomiting. Well I vomited once today.

Persistant abdominal pain and swelling of abdomin and nausea.

Narrowed it down to it having to be the Mexican food but still can't figure out wtf it is. Has been 2 weeks now for both of us. Am ruling out some kind of a virus, correct?

But it has to do with that fucking Mexican steak fajitas....

What do?

Food poisoning? I feel symptoms would include more vomiting....

Maybe it was some indigestible steak that is "stuck"?

She has the same symptoms but hasnt vomited. She has a lot of pain after eating.

It has to be the food..... but wtf 2 weeks now?

Been eating probiotics, what's the best way to just clean the whole intestinal track? Did an enema... not the most fun thing to do esp if your gf is helping you...

Gf didn't do an enema.

2 weeks past still symptoms lingering... trust you guys on the board more tbh..

In short: ate food in mexico with GF and we are experiencing abdominal pain and diarrhea.....

No vomiting mainly diarrhea and pain and swelling in entire abdomin....

Also both abdomins hard to the touch.

Not to make light, but this was the best part of any post i read today.

Get to a doctor that wants to know what's going on with you as bad as you do.

Could be a severe uti. I had one for years went to the doctors many time most of them said must be gallstones. Until one doc from Africa figured it out. Gave me a penicillin shot. And I have never had it since.
The pain was unreal like a knife in my side. Alcohol greasyfoods and getting to hot seem to set it off.

Hey bro,
Get to a infectious disease doc or a gastro doc and have them culture your poo!
I travel to Ecuador a lot and gut bugs are common...I have picked up some Weird things before, I would personally have them look at Entoameboa Hystolitica, B.Fragilis, or even Salmonella....I have learned when traveling overseas take the medicine that they give locals on a regular basis prior to you boarding your flight...Ever since that protocol I haven't really had any issues with the exception of trailers diarhea, which only last for a couple days. I also learned start loading up on probiotics a week before traveling anywhere! So basically have doc do a poo culture and ova and parasite exam...simple tests, 3 days pooing in a bucket and dropping off at docs office and typically have results in a couple days! Good luck and keep me posted!
