What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I boil for 9mins, run cold water on them for about 10secs and bounce them around in the pot to crack their shells, then switch to hot/warm water, with the water still running I start to peel/pinch the egg under the water, if you pinch it just right you can get that skin (what I call it) just under the shell to come off with the help of your running water and the water in your pot.

Make sense?

Any advice on how to boil an egg so it's easy to peel. Every morning I go through the process of fucking my eggs up end up losing 1/4 my egg at the end of it lol. Just can't seem to get the time right.

Boil.... Start eggs in cold water, bring to boil 10 minutes . Turn-off heat (or remove) and let sit in warm water another 5 minutes . Rinse w/ cold water and peel (under the faucet) let the cold water run under the egg shell , thus help lifting it away .

This is my method for easy peel eggs .

Its all about pinching that skin, once you figure that out you are set.

Seven - your advice was good and very similar to mine, but I have come to find that the extra 5 minutes setting in warm water makes a big difference . Also peeling and letting the cold water run under the shell helps loosten greatly . I used to peel eggs commercially in a kitchen , so I had to find the best method .

Still , sometimes you just get tough eggs ...:mad:

got a great start to the day, 4 scrambled eggs and a mix of sliced fruit. Mango, banana and strawberries topped off with some low fat cottage cheese.
Now lets hit the gym!!!!!

May not look good, but it's quite tasty. One large chicken breast 12-14oz, three avocados, 1/2 a green pepper, 1/4 of a red pepper, celery, onion, garlic powder, spicy brown mustard, and lime juice. I'll top it with some olive oil n vinegar dressing when ready to eat. This high fat diet ain't bad ;)

Chickamole !! Good stuff , made it many times.
 
4 egg whites scoop of Banana protein 3/4 pint of green Milk for my bed time shake, Lovely it was, No wet dog smell, Breakfast is 4 egg whites 4 shredded wheat scoop of the Protein, Well am nailing that am cooking Brown pasta enough to get me through the day, I cook it cool it down straight away bang it in a tub, Then any meat will do me if it walks talks even barks I will eat it LOL :mad:
 
oven backed chicken and a tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil for fat.

oat meal for pre and post workout. Literally that's it. I throw in fibrous veggies in some meals on daily basis also.
