This was a really fun update to read but I'm also sad for you that your cycle is almost over.You have progressed and grown so much over the last nine weeks! Are you thinking of doing another cycle in the near future?

I want to break and do my next cycle 10-12 weeks from now if post cycle bloods are good.
My body didn't go through this amazing transformation like I unrealistically expected, but the side by side I posted a few pages back was big progress for the short amount of time for my personal goals. I'm not competing or doing anything for aesthetics, so I can take time and have patience with the process.
The only huge difference in training on cycle was the volume...I did 1.5x the volume I normally do and didn't have the lighter second ppl day of the week. I trained heavy each session.
So I will report back on numbers in a couple of weeks to update the experiment. I've started taking creatine this week to hopefully keep some of the fullness and help in recovery (I don't eat a lot of red meat, creatine does wonders for me personally).
You guys have been supportive and I really, REALLY appreciate the cheer section here in my log. Awesome community![]()

Yes. I'm afraid to do anything else. A powerlifter friend suggested NPP. I will do my research but I highly doubt that I will run anything besides var. I'm too big already. I like that var pumps you up with about 7-10lbs max of fullness/glycogen and gives performance results without a lot of size. It is perfect.
