First anavar cycle female

I've toggled between 160 and 168 throughout the cycle...this morning I was 162. Sooo safe to put me in 165lb category :)

Rounding up sounds fair to me :)

I think you could do some serious damage as a PL competitor! You should go for it.

Have you ever tried any Olympic lifting? I'm convinced women are better at OL than men because they are more graceful lol.

Congrats on the PR! What's that put your total at, just over 700? I just checked the results from my last meet and that would have scored you second place at 165 and that's only because there was a national record holder there hundreds of pounds over everyone else at that weight. You should do a meet at the end of your next cycle, you'd have a blast.

705 total!

310 deadlift
140 bench
255 squat

I committed to some major eating this week though, hence the PR. 2300 calorie average. I'd really need a coach to make sure I'm training and eating properly to continue hitting numbers but not gaining fat. So far this is just my own programming and nutrition and form practice.

It gets a lot harder to keep progressing and takes a lot of thought and planning, but the knowledge is out there. You can put it together for yourself if you're willing to work at it. A coach would make things a lot easier though if you're willing to spend the cash. I was seriously considering it this year and ended up just going the DIY route again.

The nerd in me purchased a heart rate monitor and wore it during my max compound sessions this week to get an idea of calorie burn and intensity during heavy training - am hour or so was between 400-600 calories. I'm trying to gather as much data on myself as possible so I can put together some smart macros to support intense training.

Nerds do well at this with studying and figuring out what works best. The more data you have the better off you are to customize your own plan rather than just following cookie cutter routines and diet plans.
