First anavar cycle female

Why, yes I do! That was the plan from what I remember.;)
Yes I will be doing another cycle as soon as I recover from this one. I ran 9 weeks at various doses, but as of Friday I will have taken all the pills in the pharmacom pack. I lost one down the drain and one when I was trying to crush for labmax, but I took the whole pack.

I want to break and do my next cycle 10-12 weeks from now if post cycle bloods are good.

My body didn't go through this amazing transformation like I unrealistically expected, but the side by side I posted a few pages back was big progress for the short amount of time for my personal goals. I'm not competing or doing anything for aesthetics, so I can take time and have patience with the process.

The only huge difference in training on cycle was the volume...I did 1.5x the volume I normally do and didn't have the lighter second ppl day of the week. I trained heavy each session.

So I will report back on numbers in a couple of weeks to update the experiment. I've started taking creatine this week to hopefully keep some of the fullness and help in recovery (I don't eat a lot of red meat, creatine does wonders for me personally).

You guys have been supportive and I really, REALLY appreciate the cheer section here in my log. Awesome community :)

You may think that your body didn't go through an amazing transformation, but those pictures really speak for themselves!
 
Hey Happy, are you going to stick with var again next cycle?
Yes. I'm afraid to do anything else. A powerlifter friend suggested NPP. I will do my research but I highly doubt that I will run anything besides var. I'm too big already. I like that var pumps you up with about 7-10lbs max of fullness/glycogen and gives performance results without a lot of size. It is perfect. Perhaps I may change my tune after a couple cycles though.
 
You look fantastic btw. I didn't mean to leave that out of my question. I see a definite difference. Much tighter and defined. I hope you stick around or at least check in from time to time before your next cycle. Def let us know how your bloods looked!

Your body transformed so much! You look very defined and hard. Not to mention the incredible numbers you were able to put up.
On top of the creatine, I would recommend taking some glutamine for recovery and it's supposed to be anti-catabolic. May help in the transition bc DOMS is gonna come back hard. I haven't missed it one bit. It's so great to work your ass off at the gym and never feel sore.
 
my wife has been cycling on and off for about 2 years now mainly Var and HGH with one cycle of tbol and a few weeks of test P i havent really been following this log or any of you ladies but will suggest she check a few out as i think she could benefit and maybe contribute some of her experience
 
Sorry im kinda jumping in here late. But have any of you ladies ever used t3? My girl is about to start a var/clen cycle and she was curious about t3 but im not sure if she needs it. I have never messed with it so i cant help her lol

I took a video (on my third single) and I want to post but my face is super clear in it.

There's a way but it's difficult. Your better off taking another video where it doesn't show your face or just use that video to members you trust here in PMs. It's what most of us do

I know you're probably wanting to delete my comment and not read it but.... my suggestion that could help...

If you get vitamin e... apply after shower and a couple times a day if you can... it will help with your skin elasticity and the stretched skin... also increasing your water intake and backing off caffeine if you drink coffee...
