It was my favorite growing up and my daughter loves it too! I know there was a lot of criticism of the boy who played mowgli but he had it down, in my opinion. Even his walk was like the caricature. I loved the movie. Between that and Zootopia, Disney has had some really great movies the past couple months.

it was freaking epic!!
I liked Baloo's character and Kaa was pretty cool too...but the King Louie scene had me rolling!

I missed Zootopia... @Bmae1 stood me up :(

She's full siberian husky, but we've suspected some shepherd in there at times because of her ear shape and calm temperament. But she was the only white one in a litter of very obvious siberian husky pups.

sweet! piebald!
I can dig it..I just guessed german shepherd bc I see more all white GSD than huskies. What a catch....both yall look very pretty in that pic

beast mode :)
Yall need to quit with all that guilt ridden anxiety business. Everyone suspects I'm on drugs...I just smile and keep squatting. They would "know" for sure but they can't fathom the idea of not drinking, complete self imposed social isolation, and tucked in by 9 every night just so I can go squat in a steel warehouse with no heat at 5am by myself everyday. They see the dedication, the meal prep, the injuries, the drive...but can't comprehend it. So they can't truly be certain I'm indeed on drugs. But if anyone saw me train it would remove all doubts...

I rock out no headphones, shirt off, do the lebron shit in my chalk bucket before my first heavy set...slap myself around a bit...then bite my lip til it bleeds. This morning I grit my teeth so hard I chipped the front one, happens at least a couple times a year, and anytime I pull over 2.5 bodyweight I get raging wood...murderboner
Fuck conventional. Forget the status quo. If you scared go to church.
Monsters stay in the shadows, true predators hunt in the dark.

Stay freaky MESO

I relate to this post so hard. I'm not anti social elsewhere but in the gym there are no such thing as my "friends". Alot of people probably think I'm an asshole BC I walk around and don't smile or talk to anyone just lifting big weight. But very few people outlift me. So either people have been at that gym long enough to know I've always busted my ass and took it serious or they assume I'm on ped's. Or both. The last would be the correct line of thought.

Your thighs look amazing!!! I think I will finally be happy once I have legs like that (or at least close to that)

and your dog is beautiful!! What kind it is? Edit: Siberian husky (saw previous comment)
Those are legs at 161 lbs...you got a lot of eating to do girly ;) lol. Your legs are great too, very defined, slender but strong.

Age appropriate for a 6 yr old? I loved the movie as a kid and really want to bring my girls to see it. We even watched the original this weekend to prep =) I was just going to wait until other people saw it, in case it was too scary for little ones.

I have to say that the Shere Khan character is much, much more intense than the cartoon, as is King Louie. There is a scene with the tiger and wolf that gave me the chills. My kiddo just turned 7 and she was ok with it...but she's a bit more mature than average because she's an only child and lives amongst my mom, my sister and I with no other kids around except at school.

Depends on your kiddo. Zootopia...now we saw that twice and is totally age appropriate, for both kids and adults!

Sher Khan is pretty chilling, good villian.

Hmmmm... They did well with maleficent. How do you think the two would compare?
Maleficent was intense too. But kids...I feel like they really empathize with animals more than human adults.

You know Scar in the Lion King? Take that evil and put it on a real tiger with real fangs and claws...it's intense. But I think if Maleficent was ok, you'll be fine. Have some popcorn, candy amd drinks handy to ease any anxiety. Carbs and sugar will make them happy. Lol.
