I'm not going to hate on the guys at my gym anymore they some how convinced management to let them put a tractor tire in the back room. So I have a new toy:D

Good workout, kept the pace fairly quick got a great pump.

Had a really nicenworkout actually, i didnt do a whole lot of variety but i went pretty hard on all of it, kept the heart rate up and sweated my ass off haha.

Ive never gone that heavy on stiff leg deads before but man those really did the trick. And the leg press calf raises...i never really do those but i will from now on, i get waaaaay more burn from those than seated or standing.
 
I uh....i got a forearm workout from the shrugs and lunges and uh...i did two 100lb curls while i was loading up the leg press :D that counts...right? Hshah

Only if you curled the 100lb plates while lookin at your gunz in the mirror wearing a stringer.lol

Got up early and did some fasted cardio!

On accident....another chapter in the series my life:the joke

So i got up at 6 to get ready for work...its pissing rain so i throw on some sweats and a thick hoodie and out a change of clothes in my backpack (mental note to look into waterproof backpacks) so i ride down the hill to work and lock my bike up out front and unlock the door and the owners are there opening the store and they tell me that they thought i knew that i dont have to come in till noon on saturdays from now on...
Last saturday they had me to that because they had something to do in the evening, i normally work a 7-1 and 6-10 on saturdays, i thought it was just that one weekend we were doing it that way but alparently not lol so...back up the fuckin hill i went. It was absolutely terrible. Hahaha

So here's a funny story for ya. Maybe it will make you lol. The gym I train at is small...5 people in there makes it crowded. There's always two other dudes in there at the same time as me, here lately more have been showing up. I wear a blake Nike tank about 2 or 3 times per week, the same one clean. I have for a few months. Well today one of the 2 regulars has the exact same fucking one on. We looked like a couple twinkies. [emoji129] Lol. Tell me wtf is this dumb fucker thinking? It was un-fucking-believable. [emoji15]

We don't really workout together and I've never ask him to spot me or anything, but it'll look gay as fuck if we are in there training with the same clothes on...c'mon dude. [emoji16]

Man I do this basically every time me and my brother go out we have the same style, Levi jeans and a plain t-shirt form Walmart usually black or grey and every time we'll go to anything it always seems to work out the outfits are identical down to the black chuck Taylor shoes. Good thing I've got 60lb or muscle on him and pull it off better :cool:

Unfortunately no way to get to the gym over the weekend. Picked up some side work helping someone move early today, im about 3 minutes away from the gym now though, will update shortly haha

Good shit bud, can't have you slackin on us I want to make sure you see this through till you get the desired end results! Then end up changing those results because nothing is ever good enough for us in the world of fitness
