Something that youll see hanging in gyms as the public belts one day.
I doubt it. It's not $300 bucks but you can get $30-$50 ones at local sport shops. STrong belt I have was like $120.
I do highly recommend them...I really love mine.

The SBD belt is so expensive, how can it even be any better then the inzer? And if so the cost to improvment ratio cant be worth it.
The strong belt seems like a belt for someone who just needs something cheap and can just throw on. Something that youll see hanging in gyms as the public belts one day.
Hmm im skeptical about crossfit anything...how'd that work out?
Hmmm damn i def had the price range wrong for the strong belt. Must of been thinking of another one. And yeah maybe ONE day ill look into the SBD. belt. Fuck ima be broke..[emoji28][emoji28]STrong belt cheap!?!? Ha! Mark bell doesn't make any cheap products I know the strong belt is good I just don't know how good. As for the SBD belt it's a lever with on the fly adjustment that doesn't dig in like the inzer and is more stable and fits better then my inzer as for the cost to benifit ratio that is relative to each person for me it's worth every penny for you it absolutely will not be as you will be happy with that inzer for years to come as it is an amazing belt too.
As for the crossfit bet I comfortably pulled 495 with it on if that means anything. It isn't as solid as my SBD or inzer by any means but it is actually a surprisingly great belt
I'm having a bear of a time picking a belt lol. I might look at the strong belt, his stuff looks good.
I went to dicks and a few places like that and all they had were like weird plastic belts that looked like cheap back bracesTry going to Big 5 or a store that sells them. Theyre wont be a huge selection but you can try a few and figure out what exactly you want. I used to use gym belts and tried all of em until I found one I liked. Then I bought one with the same measurements. Just a much better one. Theyre expensive, but a good belt should last damn near forever

Sounds like good problems to me manJust ordered the STrong knee sleeve as my SBD take a millennia to get on now because of calf gainZ. Also order a larger slingshot because of arm gainz making it real tough to get the slanger up on my bicep. Finally ordered a lower body compression cuff and I think that's all... Anyways all mark bell products I know they will all be good but how good? I'll let everyone know and I'll give my SBD bias direct comparison to the STrong series sleeves after I've broken them in
Sounds like good problems to me manI was kind of expecting you to be loosing some muscle with your new training.
I've been recently wanting to get some new shoes but not really wanting to drop 200 clams. Been eying the adipower2's I think they're called. Anybody have a suggestion? I already have Chucks but I've been wearing some nike trainers that are light n flat bottom but when I get to squatting 250+ I can feel heel squish.

Glen Pendlay has a good shoe. Forget the name but it's not very expensive.
I know a few people had the adipower and love em. Theyre only like 75 - 90 depending on where you get em.
