Gear review

Rodger we don't care about your wardrobe this is a gear thread!

Ha! That's where you are wrong! Even when I'm not buying gear I'm buying gear! This is the A7 bar grips shirt if you haven't heard of the company they make shirts specifically made for low bar squatting and benching so the bar doesn't slip and you don't slide around on the bench. The shirt is a really really good athletic fit and although for low bar squatting it does help a lot this thing shines on the bench basically locking you onto that fucker for the entire set no skipping around and losing tightness.

Does it have rubber on the back? Some kind of grip? I'm intrigued, I do alot of sliding around on bench.

Edit: unless it's like $200 then I don't even want to know if it works lol

That's pretty cool dude. I've never heard of those. I don't usually slide around the bench... But the stand alone benches at my gym are pretty slippery.

I nearly took a nasty ride the first time I laid back with a pair of dumbbells at that gym. I came back with a handful of chalk. :)

It's a tacky kind of rubbery material on the back ya, I've known about it for around 6 months but never knew anyone with personal experience until a few weeks back a guy said he had it for 4 months been through countless washes and was holding up perfectly no pealing of the material and his looked like it was brand new still really held up so I got one. They are $38 Canadian so whatever that is USD probably like 25$? I'm digging it for sure and honestly I'm wearing it now and I'm pretty sure it makes me look more jacked then any other shirt I own.

Fuck living in germany. I have 3 gym shark ts and my inzer belt still in-route and it has been for 20 days. And its been in chicago for like 15 of them. The fuck is up with that????

Bands work pretty well, too. Run two lengthwise or I use my Voodoo Floss right where my shoulders go on the bench. I want one of the shirts though, saw one awhile back on Powerbelly Gear's website.

It's a nice shirt man! I'm gonna order 2 more cause I need (by need I mean I have no self control and saw something I wanted) to get something else too. I washed the shirt last night as well flipped it inside out cause I'm paranoid about the tacky rubber but nope it held up like a dream washer and dryer so that's awesome and it didn't even shrink still maintained shape nicely too. Gonna give the Rodger ceal of approval to A7 for top quality appereal. Just an FYI I shall now be whoring out A7 like I do SBD :D

Fuck yes. Just used it for skwaat day. Will never wear another belt again.

I can't believe you'd ask me that! It's like the one belt I haven't tried and I know no one who has it and I just spent 300 on an SBD belt and 50 on a 2poon belt and I need to know how the STrong one fairs but so far I'm just trusting @Eman review on it.
The SBD belt is so expensive, how can it even be any better then the inzer? And if so the cost to improvment ratio cant be worth it.

The strong belt seems like a belt for someone who just needs something cheap and can just throw on. Something that youll see hanging in gyms as the public belts one day.

Hmm im skeptical about crossfit anything...how'd that work out?
