Hi Mike. I think you're being very gracious with the way you're handling yourself. OGH is right though. Good people here. Everybody must be running Tren at the moment.

Am I the only one that feels like I'm on cloud 9 24/7 when running tren??
My patience and happiness went sky high and it helped substantially with my sleep.... Can't wait to get back on!

Guys I was done arguing several posts ago. My only disrespect, I called attention to. I said I came straight out of the box sideways with my remark. I don't appreciate being called ignorant and that's all I said to that. I said I wasn't gonna go on and I was to leave it all alone.

I just went into it open minded. If it works it works, if not then oh well.
I have,horrible sleep issues... like 1-2hrs a night, but when I was on tren I was hitting 5-6 hours a night. I loved it.
Once my hand heals I'm jumping right back on.

Brother, everybody left it alone. They moved on to other business. We're all passionate about this lifestyle. Sometimes it gets heated. The Tren is showing it's head around here. Been there and done that too. I can't handle the sides and my temperament well, I don't like the SST Bracelets .

The logic for age/2=reps
seems to be that older people are much more prone to injuries
and injuries happen more often with heavy weights

Interestingly the guy who touted this formula is a Certified Trainer
Although any cat can be a CT these days

I agree that
Being 50 and having to do 25 reps would be ridiculous
