My June cycle has been pushed back a few months for various reasons, most importantly elevated bp.

I feel confident that I have it under control now.

If I can maintain optimal bp numbers i will start my much anticapated cycle.

I just choked down another serving of halibut, but the kids got some garlic and herb chicken from the slow cooker, with some jasmine rice seasoned with chicken bouillon, garlic salt, and onion powder.... they are digging it, and my stomach is growling looking at it lolol
