What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Dry it out in fridge over night. Bring to room temp, I did 4 hrs. It's 2 tbsp of each, horseradish and dijon mustard. Followed up with black pepper, thyme, kosher salt and garlic powder at 2 tsp each. These last 4 stick to wet once sprinkled on.

Prime rib is one of my all time favorite meals... prefer beer over martinis though. ;)
Actually the picture you see of the drink is my wife's drink she was having some girly drink yes I had me a beer. She couldn't believe I finished the whole prime rib I believe it was 40 ounces

I took a page out of @rubisean playbook, tumeric fried eggs with lots of fresh ground black pepper. Sirloin steak on the side. Not my prettiest but god damn this was good.
