Dry it out in fridge over night. Bring to room temp, I did 4 hrs. It's 2 tbsp of each, horseradish and dijon mustard. Followed up with black pepper, thyme, kosher salt and garlic powder at 2 tsp each. These last 4 stick to wet once sprinkled on.
