Eggs have become a staple in my diet. 5 whites and 1 whole egg in my shakes and 3-4 at breakfast. This is 2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Milk, 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg and coconut milk.

Had such a skin tearing pump yesterday i could not even hear what @wedorecover was saying to me in the gym. I told him "your gonna have to speak up homeboy. Just get your wallet out in NY. Can't speak to Chicago, but NY is crazy expensive for good Pie.

Chicken Tikka Masala. A very nice go to dish for those who want a tasty meal that is moderate in fat and carbs.
Boil it in hot water. Make sure you at least rinse out the cup after every use and or leave with soapy water. When washed do not close cup up, leave to completely air dry. Boiling is for those cups thought to be sacrificed

Bleach and letting it dry with the lid off goes a long way.
