pinball is still my all-time favorite...I wanna go out to my local watering hole just so I can get my fix. Fucking love that shit (I spent a lot of times in bars as a kid)

I loved pinball too. My mom used to go to the bar (a lot) when I was a kid. She would take me, give me a handfull of quarters, a dozen wings, and a shirley temple and set me up next to the pinball machine while she had her fun. (Its not as sad as it sounds)

I had a Chinese (I think?) pinball machine when I was a kid, too. Had a bunch of metal balls with symbols on them.

There's this bar by my house that is basically a nerd bar. They have like a bunch of old school games in there you can play n64, pacman etc..
They also have pool and a big projector screen to play mortal combat on.
Pretty chill place.

Haha I played DBZ budikia 2 for like hours the other day on my ps2.

The PS2 was the most durable system i ever owned. It lasted the whole term of its active run which is typically 8 yrs. Its drive was defaced, it was dusty, had reading issues and made alot of noise but it never quit. I sold it with 60+ games to a dude who loved old games. This was years ago

I went thru 5 NES, 3 SNES, 1 N64, 1 PS1, 1 PS2, 5 XBOX 360s and am currently on the first XBOX 1

Had to look the 3DO up. Nah, i dont remember it.
I seem to remember Sony getting credit for bringing the CD in to videogames. When it splashed it was the END of Nintendo. I mean the 64 competed but the Playstation was much better

And yes the freakin 360 had terrible dependability

The PS1 was released the year after the 3DO. That would be why you don't remember it. Sony had the the superior machine. Never owned either of the first two play stations. I was all in on the 3DO. Had a dream cast though. Four 360's lol.

Crazy Taxi, Shenmue and this wacky lil game called fishman(?). Where you had to raise a fuckin fish with a human face. And if you didnt log in everyday his ass would die and youd have to restart
