So i had my last shot of test e everything went good some back acne but that should go soon when the hormones balance out, I'll be doing Nolvadex 40/40/20/20, some ppl have told me after a 12 week test only cycle 3 weeks pct would be fine! What do you think?
But my question is when taking 40mg a day do I take them all at once? I have 10mg tabs

Your answer lies in the half lives of the medication your taking.
So yes. You can take it all at once.

You will soon find out. Either HPTA will be back up or not. If not rethink your pct. There are numerous examples of successful and unsuccessful pct that have been run.

When was your last injection? Do the math and decide when your test level will fall to the point that your body will respond to the pct you will run. This is the number one culprit of a fucked up pct.

Yeah at 1mg a week but I'm going to cut it to 0.5 due to joint pain should be okay with pct shouldn't affect the nolvadex?

You can stack nolva and adex but I dont see the point if you took it during your cycle. Do you have estrogen related sides? Gyno lump?

Only a little gyno but I had that before cycling and some back acne

If you lift your arm do you feel a lump? If you do I would take an ai to get rid of that. I prefer aromasin over adex.
