Anyway, WP knows my thoughts on what he does, we talk regularly. Thank you. I wouldn't be going into his or anyone else's log and shit on them like you do. I do ask questions and wait for answers not insult them in such vulgar ways. And you should know that if anyone has their mind set on something then there is no changing it. Out of all members to bring up @Wunderpus who in my opinion, even though he pins a lot of gear, he is being cautious and smart about his methods. So far it has treated him VERY WELL so he is clearly doing something right whether you agree or not. He is also very aware of his body. He does his research and truly it is his body he is altering. It has nothing to do with you and what you do. If you disagree then shut up or give constructive NOT RUDE and BELITTLE people in THEIR logs. Besides the obvious, this isn't even WP log! And just because what you do may or may not work for you, doesn't mean everyone must do things your way! If you feel that you only need 200-250mg's of test a week then you'd know that it's pointless as well for the purposes that we are all here for. But I'm not going to get into that here.

And, she would sit there and watch, as you should as well. I don't seek your advice, I don't tell people to do what I do, either. Rather, I actually discourage it. Look at any post, ever, where people ask for advice. I am almost ALWAYS conservative in the advice I give. I don't think that my way of cycling is for most, at all. However, that doesn't mean that somehow I have less of a right to document it, than those who all do the same shit. Almost all of my posts about my cycles, or whatever, mention to not try what I do, and it's an experiment. This is something that randomly afflicts you, and I have no idea why. You really need to learn to accept that humans will do things differently than you do, or want them to. There fundamentally is no 'right' way to treat YOUR body. There are pieces of advice, and help we can offer to mitigate risk. However, at the end of the day, this is all our choice.

I hope someday you can come to accept that I will never stop posting my cycles or my experiences. I am not ashamed, nor am I a coward who will back down.

OK to get things back on track, as I forgot to post Wednesday's workout. Kept it short as had little time.

Legs:

Light calisthenics and stretching - 15 min
Leg Extensions: 85-145-185-215 (PR) for 8 reps got 2 at 215.
Standing Calf Raises: 120-180-240-280 for 8
Good Mornings: bar-65-95-135-155 for 8, got 5 at 155.
Seated Back Extensions: 100-145-190-235 for 8.
Prone Leg Curls: 65-90-115-130 for 8.
Squat Press Machine (as due to my arm injury it was hard to hold the bar for regular squat): 315-405-495-585 for 8.
45 degree back hypers: bw-25lb-35lbs for 10 and 2 sets.
Post Workout bike ride at moderate level: 10 min.

Done.

Felt off this workout maybe the lung infection taking its toll. Kept my water intake high.

Today was legs as did not workout Friday or Saturday due to family gathering. Kept it short and sweet today due to Superbowl festivities.

I use the carrot plungers like you are saying, yes[emoji106]they are amazing!

Plus I swear medlabs lives at the post office shit comes quick, plus he seems to always toss in items for meso members.

One time I forgot to order needles and it was like the guy knew I forgot them and tossed in a package of 25g needles. Saved me from having to make another order.
Can you pm or share a link to the low dead space needles you guys are discussing. If possible, thanks.
 
Today was arms/chest day so I managed to do a bit more as my injured arm is coming along nicely.

Workout:

Stretches/calisthenics: 15 min
Side and front laterals: 10-15-20 for 8 reps (both arms). Felt some pain but wasn't major as wore elbow sleeve on left arm for support.
DB curls 5-10-15 for 10 reps (injured arm). 25-35-45 for right arm for 8 reps each.
Hammer curls: 5-10-15 (left arm) 10 reps. 15-25-35 right arm for 8 reps.
Triceps pushdowns: 20-40-60-80 for 8. Did not feel pain with these.
Facepulls: 15-30-50-60 for 8. Went well.
Bent over rear delt flyes: 10-15-20 for 8. Minor pain but OK.

OK felt daring so I attempted flat bb bench :)

Bar-65-95-135-185 for 8 Major pain at 225lb attempt so stopped there on that.

Incline bb press: bar-65-95-135-185 for 8. Pretty good!

Seated smith machine ohp: bar-95-105-135 for 8 got 3 at 135 before pain set in.

Seated cable rows: 45-75-105-135 for 10. Was getting warmed up but had to wrap up.

Done.

Not too shabby for 10 days post injury. Hopefully more progress on Friday.
 
Ok had physical today, and it went quite well. BP was a tad high at 140/80 and pulse rate of 88. EKG was normal too. Female assistant admired my arms and asked if I lift alot and told her I sure did. I dread going get my blood drawn though as it will be a mess :eek:
 
Just so we are clear on this. I respected you for the way you e handled the racist troll and your overall conduct on meso.

My life has taken a turn for the better. No more sickness, good woman by my side and living healthier and happier while on trt. In other words I went and got a life so i don't spend as much time on meso as much as I once did.

Do I troll mindlesswork? You bet your ass I do or did! When a large majority of your childhood memories are overshadowed by dark things that someone did to you-you might be passionate about your hatred towards someone like MindlessWork as well. Whether it was a gag (which I don't believe) or not acting like a pedo isn't a fucking joke to some of us. It might not warrant a bullet to the head but in my eyes it would damn sure justify a good ass stomping.

If I worried what you or any other fucking person on here thought of me I'd have a pretty sad life. I don't want you feeling all proud of yourself for thinking you ran me off because I just don't see what meso has to offer me any more in this life and I don't have the time to contribute like I once did so yeah I am fucking off on my own choice so you can keep your snowflake comment and safe place bullshit and shove it up your fat ass oh king of the internet lol. Did you ever once stop to think that you're not the only one to have a dark past and that it's not a fucking excuse to act like you are?

Did you also ever once stop to think that when you FALSELY accuse someone of doing something like that bc you are so easily fooled by bullshit it takes attention away from real victims?
