Took the weekend off since my dad was in town. Starting back up again tomorrow with legs and an hour or so on the field.
Going to try a new thing. Squats with body weight (I'll do 225, but I weigh 215-218) and do 5 sets of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
Leg press, walking lunges, curls and extensions, and GHD. Maybe some RDL. Then field work

Well. Interesting few days.
I passed out and smacked my head on the ground Tuesday night. Spent some time in the hospital passing in and out. Weird shit. Had an EKG done on my heart and I guess I've got a few issues with it. Idk.
Gotta go back to the doctor next week.

Not right now. Could have been a weird fluke, but the tests showed some weird heart rhythms so they are sending me to a better hospital next week.
I ended up passing out at a gas station while trying to buy some energy drinks
and there happens to be a cop there who called an ambulance in. Copper told the EMT's that I was showing signs of drug use since my pupils were extremely dialated, so I woke up handcuffed to a stretcher. Stayed in them until the blood tests came back saying otherwise. Then that's when I had the EKG. The ER Doc said it could maybe just be a temporary fluke where my blood pressure drops low and my brain doesn't get enough oxygen.
Like I said we'll find out tomorrow.
I passed out like that at Kroger one time about ten years ago. I'd been eating a bunch of pills though. Just passed out and fell straight back and didn't wake up until police and EMTs were there. It was at like 2am, so not many people around at least.

Yeah idk I hadn't even taken my SARMS. No workout. Just class. Had some curry around 2pm, passed out around 7pm I think.
No clue. I'm guessing it had to have just been a fluke of some sort. Maybe mintleaf spiked my curry with some of those wild peppers native to India.
Your BP run low? Yeah, no telling, hopefully it's not serious.

Were you taking cialis or viagra? That could cause a serious drop in blood pressure and cause that. Arginine or citrulline could do the same thing although a lot less likely then the former.Not right now. Haven't done a whole lot lately.
Tried an easy workout Friday at a seminar. Burgers, lunges, squats, planks, and deadlifts with a 35lb dumbbell and had to sit down afterwards so I'm gonna just lay low.
Just watched "The Founder". Was an alright movie with Michael Keaton and Nick Offerman. Had to do with how McDonald's came to be what it is now.
