Today I was doing some deadlifts 300lbz for 10 reps and the last one was kind of a struggle. Needless to say halfway up I let a fart slip out. Probably the only time I was embarrassed about a fart.... Oops...

When I want a rack and some skinny tool is just curling in it I will happily let loose a silent deadly fart in his direction...rack then is mine easy peasyI fart in the gym all the time. Keeps all the dickheads away.
Ouch, having the cable snap when doing lat pulldowns is worse. One time that happened to me and the lat bar hit my head, I fell off the stool awkwardly and injured my right shoulder. Didn't seem funny then but yea I realized accidents do happen.I was doing seated low pulley v bar rows and the cable snapped as I was pulling it in.I ends up doing a backflip off the bench and landed on the floor.All I could do was just crack up laughing at my self
Lol 95lbs is nothing...and one time I've helped a female who had 95lbs on the bar and she got stuck so I also pulled it off her with one hand and got the sweetest thanks everWhen I was 16 I failed half way through 95lb close grip bench press and couldn't rack it... The big dude came and lifted it off me with one arm haha. He smiled and said ask me for a spot next time. I know he used one arm just to show off but I was grateful I didn't die lol
Sounds like a real winner hahahahaI had my shorts rip during a heavy squat and farted when it happened. Must have been holding my cheeks together before ripping and that's what let the fart out. Had 3 friends behind me. My pants split clear down the ass. Worst part? Wasn't wearing underwear. They laughed so hard after I said, I'm just glad that fart wasn't a turd. It would have dropped on the floor. They still talk about it.
Something like that sure can be hard to live down lolThey make farting noises now which seems childish but still funny even to me now. Talk about embarrassing. Almost left.
