Well. Went and did back today with a buddy of mine. Nothing crazy. Pull-ups, bent over Barbell Rows, t bar Row, Cable Pulldown, some angled Pulldown, straight Arm Pulls, and I'm pretty sure that is it.
Only thing is.... for bent over rows I got 315 for 6 reps. Completely straight back and no rocking. Felt fucking great.
